I don't see why there should be fear with making orders on Jumia because the return policy is awesome.

As it stands, Jumia is rebuilding, I am still much in the system fully as agent and partner and I can say everything is still working fine. There might be slight delays with delivery, refunds and resolutions generally due to economic situation, but Jumia is fighting and will survive with all the current changes implemented.

I can always be of assistance when it comes to Jumia orders and issue resolution, you have to get good value of your hard-earned money.

I understand their return policy but you can only return a defective item not a fake item.

I ordered a Microsoft surface pro charger, what I got was a fake one, it works but it doesn't have the power delivery and power surge protector in it., In this situation how do I say it's a defective item.


I ordered an Anker 45w charger that ought to give me power delivery on all porta at the same time of usage to all devices but it only gives to one device at a time , the charger works but not original.

Bought a Samsung 4k tv that ought to come to it's magic remote, but rather it came with a generic remote and it's brand new, I didn't get satisfaction with the purchase. I felt probably the tv had been tampered with.
