I already applied twice to andela and was unsucesful, make i give them small chance, so it doesn't look like one his desperate, would reapply some other time, though i believe one need a bit of luck to scale through. Anyway but with the 20k obax stipend that i read from a previous post, i.e. An average of #650 daily i am begining to reconsider my earlier decision, accomodation in benin no be beans o, except the training would be worthwile.

has anyone being interviewed by that mrs judith scaled through b4?, if u don't get the invite now forget about it, na so I wait for invite tire. I still believe the recruitment process is not transparent enough or one needs luck to scale through. This is the second time I would be applying though I wasn't even invited to the interview stage, funny enough I made it to the last interview stage.
