TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 10:59pm On Aug 17, 2013
Yes o that is how it has been from season 1. We get to watch the edited version but those that go for live show are always updated 1st.

I love the group song they all did it was beautiful and entertaining. I was glad Nancy got in from the wild card. She is really Good and have dis mature way of singing but she doesn't look nigerian she has this south african look. I was really impress too with Blessing's performance. She finally got her standing ovation and e be like say all the gragra audience don come cos I could feel a different atmosphere from there, the fun type. Jonny too did well too.I was happy when henry left it was long over due. Then I didn't really feel Omotayo's performance of Gobe o and I preferred gbemi's last performance compared to this last one. T

The way the contestant voted was really funny too. I notice all the girls going for Gbemi why the guys went for Jonny, the scale would have balanced if Ayoka voted for gbemi but she went for Jonny which I liked cos last probation Gbemi voted for oluchi instead of Ayoka wen she was on probation and it was Jonny who saved Ayoka. And why did roland vote for henry sef, na wa o .Anyway I wish dem all d best.

I hope 2morow's show will be much fun compared to last week and I hope my favorite don't get on probation.

Na true o we bin forget host. seriously I wonder if MTN buy their clothes for dem and dey get to keep everything or dey help a particular clothingline advertise cos those Joseph suit na die. Very fine and expensive. And then adora dresses too. Then I notice how adora take style dey yab person with oyinbo english. Very funny most times. I love the both of the on stage, their chemistry is unique
TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 7:03pm On Aug 13, 2013
This week be like say e go boring o cos the song selection again get as e be o. They are doing soul(all those our old folks oyinbo type)the kind song wey I dey hear so na wa o and I know they will make dem sing it exactly the way it is without being creative and adding some african thrill to it.

I really hope the judges don't complain this week on Niniola cos she got a slow jazzy song again. Natalie Cole for that matter. Make dem no go vex put her for probation base on slow slow song wey dem dey give her.

E be like say na Henry and Jonny wan go house o or Henry and Olawale o and for the wild card it will be fun if Nancy gets into the house but what I don't understand is how will that play out for duet week since her coming will change their numbers to odd number.(6rom 12 to 13) let see it see how it plays out.
TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 12:50pm On Aug 12, 2013
Last night show was below expectation for me. I thought it was going to be fun hearing dem do naija hit. Was expecting to hear anoder versions of each song. It would have been much fun if they remix most of the naija song and showed us some creativity in musical arrangement. Performing naija song the way it is on d C.D exactly is something difficult cos is more performance than singing(dat why most of our artiste can't perform with a live band and those that do tend to give another version which is beta dan what is done in d studio)that why most of dem go high b4 going on stage.

Blessing did well ,ihe ne me is too wordy to sing and dance at the same time but she move the place. I felt it was the keyboard guy who made the mistake and not her at the beginning . I notice other instrument where on key with her except him. Same tin dey did for Oluchi 1st performance which dey made noisy but calm everything down during her 2nd performance which was already too late. I just hope we are able to save her cos she is a really strong contender and didn't deserve to be on Probation.

For Olawale, Gobe is a really energetic song. They would have slowed it down at the beginning so he could show his vocal skills den up the tempo (that what they would have done for some of the contestant too) and I wonder why he wasn't giving dancers too knowing fully well that Gobe is a groving song.Even while he was jumping everywhere and making mistakes, the crowd was still dancing and having fun.

Gbemi performance was ok,I know she was trying too hard to impress but what do u expect with such a song. Trust ,if she had don contrary they would have complained she under performed.

I don't know who advise henry to be dancing on Yes/No. He had that performance but spoilt it with the yeye dance step dat didn't suit him at all and Jonny hmmmmm. All I can say is dat to perform Naija song the way it is no be Beans o.

Niniola gave an emotional and powerful performance and really struck a cord. I understand what Bibi was saying about her always getting to do slow songs but that was so wrong and on called for the way she put it,knowing the emotional feeling she was going tru wen performing that song. Nini didn't pick the song herself, she was giving the song to perform. If u have an issue with the kind of song she does, speak with the faculty and not her, u are there to judge her performance based on the song giving. I felt the reason she got a slow song was becos of the complain TY mix had with her lastweek that she performed below expectation (a performance dat was splendid) and now dat she redeemed herself they look for anoder complain, well sha I hope she gets a chance to prove herself to their satisfaction. reminds me of chidima early start in d academy too.

Please the faculty should give them 2 or 3 songs to pick from than just giving them anyhow song that will favour one person and others suffers. Then Kaffy should becareful on how she advise some to perform. I know is not easy sha cos they are much but make dem try abeg cos dia show is in a level now where it can't afford to drop.

Thank God for David,Immaculate,Jimoh and Nini that made the show fun but ProjectFame plz be more creative o.

Am glad that Simon,Roland and Ayoka were d once saved. Simon,Ayoka,Roland and Oluchi did so well today I wonder why they didn't do like dis last week. My fear for Simon again is dat he might get over confidence again knowing that the public love him. He was really calm during dis week on probation till he displayed again wen dey mentioned his name dat he was saved.

I didn't understand why all the female contestant(except Immaculate who saved Ayoka)went for Oluchi. If u wanted to save the weakest link in order to have an advantage then go for Leonard. I just hope is a strategy and not a gang up against her.I wish they allowed the contestant on probation to see exactly how the other contestant voted am sure it would create another kind of atmosphere in d Academy.

The eviction night was emotional I wish Oluchi could say,cos she finally woke up but at a wrong time. Right now I can't say who the next 5 might be but one thing is clear, in as much as they are all talented, any little mistake will land anyone on probation.God make my favorite dem do well and neva land on probation o.

For the wild card entry,I wasn't too impress with this year selection. The only person dat really did well and showed so much confidence to me is Nancy, the last girl that performed. The first girl showed potential but was hitting flat notes. the second girl too tried but was not really strong, for the guys hmmmm.make I no talk but what is happening to our brothers now ?I will vote for Nancy.

Let's see what happens 2morow am sure many people will bring the roof down with their naija hit performance.

Just saw the omnibus on STV and heard dem rehearse dia song. I love the way they did their own version of each song. Especially Omotayo who is doing Gobe and David who is doing Limpopo, really love the way they sound.Would love to see Simon perform Timaya Nogere.I just hope he doesn't leave.

Pink_Lezbian: Mr Ben is going to far with the shouting! I think he is humiliating them, treating them like kids. Dunt like it
My dear the thing tire me o. first Mummy J told dem to knee down which I find to be really unnecessary and then uncle ben's shouting is becoming irritating. I know is all for showmanship but they should reduce it before they push one of the student to react. So far I like the way the students take everything calmly but hate it when some of them cry. Heard they will be doing naija hits this weekend.Am sure it will be fun. I wonder who will be home I hope is not Simon or Ayoka
TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 3:11am On Aug 06, 2013
Does anyone know Which song they will be singing dis week
TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 11:04pm On Aug 04, 2013
Immaculate was on fire tonight and too me she had the best performance followed by Blessing, then Gbemi,Olawale ,Jonny and Niniola. I didn't quite understand TYmix on Niniola issue. She did well and sounded so beautiful. His critic was so off point and i was glad dat the faculty totally disagreed.

I was happy with the judges on the people put on probation, and am sure Leonard and Oluchi are the ones going cos those 2 are the weakest. For Simon his over confidence is what will get him evicted if he is not careful. He started too strong and during the middle of his performance he didn't have anything more to bring even after raising the bar too high for himself. He just want to get a standing ovation by force.

Ayoka should beta up her game and Roland should keep it tight. Am sure the both of them will be saved.

Then dat Adrenaline band really contributed in spoiling Oluchi song o. It was just too fast and noisy and d lead guitar was too loud. Then I tink Uncle Ben should be fair on his song choice for each contestant cos some of dem had higher advantage over others especially those dat did african songs and Slow tunes. If we are having Soul, blues ,pop, rhythms and blues or african night let us know and give all contestant d same genre of song.
TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 10:24pm On Aug 03, 2013
Wow they really tried but am giving it to the ladies.
Ayoka
Blessing
Gbemi
Immaculate
Nini
This girls really did well tonight. for the guys
Simon
Jonny
Jimoh
David
Roland
This guys too did well. For magret she tried but went a little of beat. And henry was just ok nothing really spectacular I guess is d song choice. Omotayo performance was funny. They made bruno mars, just the way u are into pop and instead of him to flow, he tried making it like r&b and was dragging the song. d ending didn't really work for me. Leonard might be d first to leave his performance didn't work at all and Oluchi's own was the worst.Let see how 2morow will be.

Meanwhile project fame really improve dis year in terms of stage design, graphics, lightings and camera transition.U guys rock. And plz faculty continue with the strictness o make we no come see anoder bev and angelo for here o

Will catch the highlight for dis whole week 2morow.Was only able to see today's own and I must say we are in for a fantastic season. All d contestant can sing and are so Unique. The discipline level is really high and I like d way Mummy J handle dem. I was shock when she shouted on dem and ask the late comers to knee down. It takes humility and self discipline not to react to her scolding and I thank God they all behaved. Their song choice dis week is incredible I can't wait to watch the live shows. Still sticking to my Top 6 ,till things change.
TV/MoviesRe: Olawale emerges winner of MTN Project Fame West Africa - Season 6.0 by jeffoski(m): 12:27am On Jul 30, 2013
Am so glad that Project Fame 6.0 is finally here. Have follwed the show from Season 1 and it just keep better. I rate it as one of the best reality show in Nigeria. This years contestant are very talented and that will make dis season hot. I hope I get to meet people will give constructive criticism and not be sentimental or emotional. For now my favorites are

1. Niniola
2. Blessing
3. Ayoka
4. Jimoh
5. David
6. Jonny.

This are my top 6 dat really stood out for me during audition and gala show. I know it might change as d show progresses due to the various musical challenges they will face and how they handle it. Simon is also good but I fear that he might be too confident.

Well is true that women tend to react to the cry of a baby than Men. I feel one of the reason men don't really react as such is d consciousness of knowing that a woman is around and she will take care of the baby!I think if he is alone or aware that no female is around, there would be a totally different reaction.
RomanceRe: I Get Tired Of Girls & Relationship Easily, Is Anything Wrong With Me? by jeffoski(m): 10:40pm On Apr 19, 2013
I don't tink is about u being gay cos is not like u want to be with guys. The problem I see here is dat u have not really gotten the opportunity to really be in Love or found the person that you fall in love with!

U see relationship as a conquest rather than a commitment! Now it could be a psychological problem or spiritual problem which u might later over come naturally(especially if you find the girl that makes you fall in love) or it could be something really serious that u need to seek help to work on it now before u do a whole lot of damage to your life and hurt people along the way.

My fear is that I hope in dis conquest you haven't actually lost the real girl meant for you that will really make you happy!someone who you would have really taken out time to know rather than ending the relationship because you have gotten what you want!the worst tin dat can happen to a man is marrying the wrong person.

But chances are that you have not and when she comes you might actually stop this your adventure and finally settle down!there is a probability that maybe then she might be d one dumping you(karma)and breaking you heart thereby making you even more deadly!Or maybe dis have already happened and dat the reason why u act dis way!!!well life is very funny and complicated and can go each way but one thing we should know is that the choices we make in the way we live our life and treat people will one day have an effect on us!

I think once a girl plays hard to get then later falls for you,You feel victorious but if she denies you sex and doesn't really show consign especially when you don't call for a week and she isn't bother at all or try to call you too I think that is the kind of girl you will really want but then again my fear for you is that you might not really be in love with her but so desperate to conquer her that you might go as far as getting married to her then after few weeks into marriage and you have gotten what you want you start looking for and excuse to end the marriage and cos even more deeper hurt.

So try and sort urself out to know exactly what the issue is and how deep it has eaten into you!there are some solution, you could see a counsellor or if you feel is spiritual den go for deliverance and prayers or caution and work on urself.

This thing my look small now ,fun and like a masculine ego tin but could destroy ur life if not handled on time. I wish you all the best
CelebritiesRe: My Relationship With Beyonce And Her Father Martin - Seyi-Shay by jeffoski(m): 11:07pm On Apr 15, 2013
So is it now her fault that her history include knowing and having the opportunity to have worked with Matthew or Martin(I see no difference sef in d name which could even be a typo error and google proved her story)and Beyonce Knowles abi una tink say na beans to work with such great people and then when asked about your background and where you are coming from you exclude it?is like being in an interview where u have many competitors for the same job and then you start excluding tins dat u actually did (which is true)and down play urself. How u wan take get edge over the others and get the work ?if some of u were in her shoes una for don add put 4 d story sef!

Whether she knows Beyonce and her family doesn't really matter because at the end of the day is her talent and her skills that will speak for her infact mentioning the Knowles will pose a huge challenge becos people will be expecting more from her than an average singer and if she prove her self(which she is gradually doing and gaining recognition)she will become successful.

I can't wait to see her work with Cobahams
CelebritiesRe: My Relationship With Beyonce And Her Father Martin - Seyi-Shay by jeffoski(m): 6:30pm On Apr 15, 2013
Na wa o,is dis how evil, hatred and jealousy have eaten deep into our society or is it small kids who now have access to social media and can type stupid tins even without thinking.

Use google una no gree, try learn about other society to know wetin dey happen ,for where, una dey dere they form champion for una low mentality and bad belle and ontop of am dey claim say una dey justified for una opinion!

The girl is already here and is doing her tin in her own way instead of us to support her we dey find excuse why she should not be in d country or how she has failed.

Where are d other members of the group or the 1st destiny's child group?do u no how many people know dis superstars abroad but yet no break through them cos of stiff competition abi una think say e easy like dat for America to become superstar?

She did the right tin to come back home and try her best in the nigeria music industry which is growing very fast and full of opportunities !We need dis real talented and well expose people in the music industry.

Just like Banky W, Tiwa,Necto C,Dare,Ikechukwu,Kas,Eldee and even Dbanj and others that came back to nigeria and are making it, at the same time making nigerians proud,am sure she would do great tins in d music industry.

I love her collabo with Praiz so on point and the performance with Omawunmi, waje and Tiwa was so on point at Omawunmi show.wish her all the best and hope to hear more of her music.

EducationRe: Good English: A Sign Of Education & Intelligence? by jeffoski(m): 11:59pm On Apr 07, 2013
Communication,Packaging and d field u wish to operate is the key here becos no matter how intelligent or wisdom you have ,the field u find urself will determine your level of communication and how well you can speak good english.

You need to communicate properly in a way people will understand u and u need to sound convincing. In the society we are, being able to speak good and correct english with a good accent plus packaging urself well can give u an added advantage especially if u find urself in a field where by u need to communicate first in order to sell urself and get what you want.

Fine sometimes u need to be a graduate but even if you are not a graduate as long as you are smart, intelligent, vast in knowledge and information and then can speak well and have d grace of God,u will succeed. If u can't speak good and correct english then u need to find urself in a field where u do not need to communicate much but just go about meeting the need of people with ur skills.

But in dis part of the world as long as u can speak good and correct english and have the accent of the english people it is assume that you went to a good school cos that's where generally(Primarily) you are suppose to learn such.

All this hidden conspiracy can be so annoying. Please let someone paint a clearer picture about this situation so that even the common Nigerian will understand and know what exactly is about to happen if the US troop step into Nigeria. All I know is dat no country help or intervene into the matter of another country without having one hidden selfish gain. The United State always have this nice heroic picture they paint to the outside world but deep down is another different ball game. But we can't fold our hands and allow Boko Haram continue to kill innocent people and destroy lives and properties. And our own govt is not helping matters ,they have their own secret and selfish agenda. Theirs is even worse cos they don't even think about the future of Nigeria. Now we are faced with choosing between the Devil and the Deep Blue sea !God help us dis 2013
