Hi, I m in dire need of help , I just moved into a 4 bedroom apartment wit 2 B.Qs . About 2 rooms and d 2 B.Qs were subleased by the former occupant . I hve paid for d house and hve moved in. I need the existing tenants 2 notice a change of contract as I intend to advice them of the new contract and d new rent fee or an option of ejection(failure to meet demands). This is to facilitate the recovery of the fund used 2 pay the rent. Kindly help type a concise advice suitable for this purpose to be signed by. me. Secondly, incase they agreed to the new fee, I need an agreement that I can sign with the tenant as a contract which will be a seperate document. Kindly help wit these two documents ASAP. Tanx.

I posted a similar experience barely a month ago and now its happening 2 you. My girlfriend who is far away in abuja wrote I LOVE YOU to a guy. This later opened pandora's box which brought diff. issues to my notice.

1. The guy was her ex. which she neva mentioned to me when we discussed past r/ships. I later discovered she slept with so many pple i didnt know about.
2. I discovered she is a perpetual liar and a flirt. ( i tot i found an angel )
3. She was rap-ed by her aunty's husband and i found out after 6 months as i forced her 2 confess. ( she has been d closest to the man )

The worst part of it is dat weneva i decide 2 end the affair, she tries to commit suicide( she passed out d other day and ceased breathing, had to be rushed to the hospital) so that her family/aunty (happens to be my boss) will trace the suicide to me. She wants me to marry her at all cost. I wish my girlfriend will start actin strange,cold and ask for a break up but instead she calls me like its her only lifeline.

My decision is to get anoda girl that can scare her away from me and mke it look like i am a player. ( all dis mess happened after i introduced her to my family).  I guess you dont want 2 be in my shoes right now. My case is worse than urs , so get urself anoda girlfriend cos you only know little about her escapades yet. Save yourself d emotional stress and  walk away. You are a lucky man.

We ve been together for 2 yrs now, our families are aware of the affair as we ve started making plans for the future and her aunty happens to be my colleague in the office. Though she disapproved of the affair at first but later gave consent. My fiancée has been great and promising, hardworking, happy, supports financially and we had great times together before this incident. The main issue we had before now was that she hid a major part of her past with her boyfriends/lovers. Early this year, she was posted to Abuja for her NYSC of which I helped influenced. Her Aunty and her husband resides in Abuja so her accommodation was an easy task. Though her aunty works with a bank and was transferred to Kano. She had 2 stay with the husband before moving to Camp the following morning.
At about 3-4 am the next day, her Aunty’s husband came into the guest room to commit this unholy act. He was already wearing a condom and jumped on her (she had only her nightie on). He forced himself on her, covered her mouth and slapped her several times before raping her . When he was through, he left the house and later returned in the evening to apologise. He begged her not to tell his wife or anyone. After sometime, he asked her if she would continue to have sex with him and in turn, will take good care of her. She refused and threatened to tell her aunty. This happened 6 months ago and I was not informed till we had certain issues about her previous relationships before she agreed to tell me everything after much pressure . She still has not informed her aunty or anyone.
The problem is that I am undecided whether to call it quits with her as I am already losing my mind because her aunty and her randy husband are not strangers to me. She has been crying and begging me not to leave her as she is ready to do anything to keep her relationship. This great affair is on the verge of breaking up. Please I need Matured minds in nairaland to help me review this situation and suggest what should be done as I am really confused .

Actually she's been in contact with dis guy maybe early dis yr, d guy asked in his own words that '' if u ve gat feelings for me, say sometin sweet''. she hesitated at first, then the guy pressed further by askin whether she ws playin hard 2 get or shy. She replied ''no''. Then, she dropped the bomb-
I LOVE YOU. Dis isnt a decent tin 2 say cos its an insult 2 our affair. Dis same lady infact, worships me( deep luv). Hi all, its very sad that after several years of dating and recognition of our relationship by both families, she stabbed me in d back by confessing her luv to another man in a mail sent to this strange man. Its wrong to cheat on him as pay back. Sincerely, men re polygamous by nature. It only takes self-control to make a decent man especially this era that women re 100x more than men, which makes ladies desperate and cheap. When a man cheats on his wife, he cant be sent packing from his home but when a woman is caught?, hmmmn ,we know the rest. The world will be against her as she's called a prostitute, harlot, etc, but there isnt any name for a man besides 'womaniser' which is seen as normal. whatever is wrong remains wrong, but woman cheating on her husband?, Disastrous cos when she's caught, no one will listen 2 her reasons. Nairalanders, I cant express my gratitude for your contributions so far . Its been a difficult situation especially as this relationship has been the best in our lives and we ve been thinking of spending the rest of our lives together. After a chat with my boss the next morning, I ve been made to understand that since my girlfriend resides with Stepfather, she has got so many things going wrong for her which has made the man only patient with her, otherwise there would have been an eruption. Her mum only plays the cards she gets from the Man and has no say. Bringing this affair to his knowledge may finally destroy the fragile relationship which my girlfriend maintains with her Step dad . As it appears, the relationship will rather end up sending Her away from her family and the comfort her Step dad lavishes on her .

Though, she has been crying all nite for the fear of losing the affair which she says is the best thing that has ever happened to her life. I am really scared of coming between her and her family. She wants the affair to go ahead no matter what it might cost her, and said that her family will never reject me or punish her for the affair ( contrary to what I ve been told). I don’t intend to hurt this girl as she has impressed me with a good sense of responsibility, strong mental attitude and sound character.

The question now is how best do I tackle this puzzle ? Who do I believe? especially now that my boss has forgiven me and we ve resolved the issue. What happens to the affair? She has been crying all through and says she cant let go . Kindly send your views. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Nairalanders, I am in dire need of opinions as I am under intense pressure and facing a difficult situation. For more than 2 yrs, I ve worked in perfect harmony with my boss and she showed fondness for me that made my colleagues wondering and asking if I was dating her (My Boss). She calls me when on my Annual leave or when on a trip and always invited me to her house for Easter, X-mas and her Buffdays alongside some selected staff. We ve never had any problem till I started dating her niece whom I met last year on her Buffday. I liked her and exchanged phone numbers. We got along and she loves me so much. She got me gifts and treated me like I was married to her. The affair has been perfect for a year without her Aunt’s (My Boss) knowledge.

When some of my colleagues discovered I was dating My Bosses Niece, it was no longer a secret and I decided to tell her myself before she discovered. She didn’t get angry the day I told her after office hours but I could see she was shocked. I called her that same evening when I got home and she said she needed to sleep over it. Then the subsequent days, she began to act strange in the office but I kept my cool and didn’t say a word. We hardly spoke to each other beside greetings.

Three weeks later, on a weekend, she met me at my girlfriend’s house (Her niece) as i was leaving, she came to see her sister that happens to be my girlfriend’s mother. When she saw me, she grew furious and answered my greetings in a cold manner. She treated me like I was a stranger, so I left got so confused with the whole drama . I am not scared of her but at the same time I don’t want to have problems with her as its already affecting me in the office. Maybe, I encroached into her territory or I crossed the line. Should I apologise to her and walk away from the affair or act like it doesn’t bug me and continue with the relationship?
