In the letter of invitation they stated that they are inviting " their uncle and his wife"
Please will my mum apply separately (create an account on cic.gc.ca and apply as an applicant) or will my dad apply and include that my mum will be going with her.

I don't understand. Is it that after the $126 of visa fee for 6 month, one will have to pay another £90 again to TLS?

I went through that route, after denial in a month time reapplied and approved within two weeks.

Because of the Abuja Closed Down i cancelled my former appointment thinking of applying to Lagos and the receipt is no longer valid.

I sent a mail since 18th august to re-validate my receipt till date no reply.

Any on same situation?

I called Us embassy line and I was immediately rescheduled 4 an interview on Thursday. My appointment confirmation drop in my mail box b4 I ended the call.

No. Should I? Just did, they said it was sent may 30th. Let me wait a few days for a reply or update on my cic account before thinking of going back to the clinic for redocumentation.

Is it possible after receiving Approval letter and your passport for sept intake, Can a spouse apply for Spousal Open Work permit when the principal Applicant have not resume school? So that both of them can travel together?

If yes, someone who have done such should share his or her experience with supporting documents S/He submitted.

House please I need your advice, I gained admission with HND into undergraduate bachelor's program, but I'm planing to apply for a student Visa with only waec and not mentioning my Diploma. Reasons are
1. Neco result which I used in my Diploma has only four credits with c6 in these four subjects but the school requires 5 credits with minimum of C5 in English and Maths hence I rewrote Waec this year to meet up with the university requirement
2. The names in my Neco result is Kola wasiu while my passport bears kola wasiu bello which is my full name
3. ND certificate bears Kola Wasiu .B
4. HND certificate bears Kola Wasiu Bello.
Should I apply for Visa with just WAEC result and forgot mentioning about my Diploma due lots of differences in names on documents since I have corrected the whole discrepancies on the WAEC I wrote this last May/June?

When you applied for your canada visiting visa was it on invitation by your relative on its was solely on tourism? If invitation did you include the information of your host in the study permit application?
Did the intended course of study correspond with your present job function?
What's the status of your visiting visa?

I travelled from. US to Canada in January 2017 spent two days then back to UW before coming to Nigeria.
I travelled with my child and nephew ,my spouse didn't travel was back home busy with studies.

Thereafter I applied for study permit in May 2017 got refusal letter in July reapplied February 2018 got refusal letter in March 2018. All application have been via paper route.

Well you have a point, I recall in February 2017 as a sort of test run I registered my express entry profile online but didn't meet anywhere near cut off point never felt it would matter. More so that my study permit was via paper route.

I still appreciate input from experts in the house.
Anyone with similar experience that later got study permit after first attempt.[/quote]
