Appealing a decision means you're requesting for a Judicial Review which you need a service of a Canadian Immigration lawyer to represent you. The cost implication range might be the range 6-8k cad. Omohwummy: Yes, I mean appeal the decision. |

Hi Omohwummy, Do you mean reapplication or appeal the refusal decision you mean? Omohwummy: Please guys how do I appeal for Canada student visa refusal now that I have all the supporting documents in order. Thanks |

Sorry to know that you're refused it happened to me when I paid 8k cad, later repackage with 1year tuition visa approved in 2 weeks. however I see the reasons to be simple to resolved which bother on the fund for schooling. I always compare Indians study approval to Nigerians because same hidden intentions for both country applicants however[ b] Indians pay 1 year tuition fees while Nigerians pay $1500 to be sincere who are you deceiving, and you want the VO to leave the guy with convincing intention to grant applicant without true intention. Some guys application fly with $1500 cad payment and my buddy application fly without any payment, don't think it will work for every person. Don't get me wrong finances is not the only issue to get visa. ehiremen2002: I just checked my account and saw a second corresponding letter and it’s a reject. |

Dear Archymacho, I will recommend Conestoga College which doesn't require WES. https://international.conestogac.on.ca/programsarchymacho: I have a 3.48 cgpa in Architecture for my B.Sc. I know that Canadian schools doesn't admit for Msc anything less than 3.8 cgpa. I want to apply for PGD but most of the colleges I see are asking for WES evaluation. Please house help me with colleges that doesn't ask for WES course by course evaluation. Thanks in advance. |

To some reasonable extent master degree graduates rarely find jobs measurable with their degree unlike Nigeria that Job advert requires you to have masters, in Canada its only in the educational sector that requires masters degree. Confirm from indeed.ca most of the advert requires diploma, certificate and atmost B.sc degree. I can list 5 Nigerians in K-W area that graduated from masters programs that are not working with their result. Please Nigerians pgc/d programs graduates are changing jobs because they have hand on skills from the colleges which employers are looking for not degrees. Talking from experiences. vibrant99: Not Entirely/practically true.
Depends on the area, of specialization.
Business Development ----- YES
Management---- YES
Construction ---- YES
Canada is encroaching barren land and sites with Massive effort
But applying for Certification is duly Expensive, Normal Masters could be around 7k-15k, at a reasonable school, while certification alone for a program like mentioned above could be around 20k-50k, they know the worth and they certify you based on Canadian perspective and experience, that immediately blends you in if you intend to stay back. |

Hnd is valued in Canadian Express entry with more point compared to b.sc i used it. feclela: Fellow nairaland,
I've realized no or little attention has been given to people with HND cert on how to use their cert outside the shores, schools available for them and opportunities that awaits them.
We're going to be sharing insights on this and I believe everyone will contribute from experience.
Thanks |

Attn: missnigeriaWith your Hnd education i will recommend Post graduate certificate in Financial planning Services than the bold below https://www.conestogac.on.ca/fulltime/financial-planning-servicesNice suggestions Qudkom Qudkom: With your experience you should be looking at an advanced diploma program in accounting. As for your husband and kids you'll have to exclude them from your application so they can serve as your home ties. You can always apply for them to come and join you but that will cost you a lot of money in terms of proof of funds for a family of 4. If you had an msc degree I would have suggested express entry to begin with.
I'll also advice that you look into provinces with decent living expenses and good immigration pathways like Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and the likes. |

Dear AdurajosephLook at the below site college site for your information and if you need any further assistance reach. https://international.conestogac.on.ca/programsadurajoseph: hello everyone, I need some advice regarding advanced study (masters) in some fields (business analytics, informations systems, or project management). Because of my low GPA (2.5), I am about to resign my fate that I might not be able to get schools to accept me. I also heard of taking a post-graduate course. but I do not seem to find any program related to the ones that I would be interested in. Please does anyone have similar experiences or know someone that got out of this situation and how they did that? |

I feel for you on the financial implications and disappointments. While time and tide wait for no man opting for pgc/d in I.T related course you'll secure an offer letter without professional and academic references. jarulecole: Compliment of the season house, lost couple of admission due to academic reference issue, pls i have computer science and yrs of experience as software developer, need school for graduate study in that field for courses route with just professional reference, am researching school but feel like asking the hon house thought might make it easier with people with info already. thanks god bless |

The truth has been revealed, we caused the high refusal rate, An Immigration Attorney yesterday showed me the statistics of international students who are refugee claimants which my country is the one topping the list, what a disgrace? Claimant endpoint deportation.
For now I'll not blame the cic officials again. however they're assuming every student is a claimant because of that thought they no longer assess application files truthfully.
A case of Mr John tells me cic officials can beg when you know your right, after two failed application he requested for Judicial Review after his attorney put his defense cic on 23rd dec requested we should settle out of court.
JR is fund intensive but thats the best way if your intentions are truthful.
Canada refusal will affect your future applications to US, UK and Australia because of data sharing, please don't allow canada to screw you up.
I come in peace. |
