Died from a sickness you know nothing about.... Really sad.
May their souls rest peacefully. The lockdown will continue especially in a place like Lagos. There are many factors that make it not feasible to release the lockdown yet. Even a partial lockdown isn't feasible. Knowing how Lagosians will abuse the opportunity and everyone end up crowding the streets. Besides for example, many of my colleagues are in other states, how will they resume work? |

Many are called, few are chosen.
Many will give excuses now for their love of sin, but will they on the day of the Lord?
Many who claim to be Christians also fall prey in justifying this sin, I say this to your shame.
Eternal regret is the reward of the cowardly and those who turn from the commandments of the Lord.
Be wise and flee from the wrath to come.
To the truly faithful, hold fast to your crown, so that no man may take it. |

atonement12: Total Lockdown will not solve this virus problem. If it could, USA and Britain wouldn't have had such massive increment in the rate of infections and deaths despite the facts that they started the lockdown before Nigeria and we're more discipline in keeping to it. What Nigeria needs to do is to keep encouraging social distancing and banning large gatherings coupled with the use of personal protective equipment as initially announced by Lagos State government. The Federal Govt idea of total Lockdown is ill-thought, cynical and retrogressive and will only continue to lead to social and economic disaster for the people and nation. And how do you encourage social distancing in a place like Lagos? How do you do that in the markets, buses, parks e.t.c if the lockdown is released? You guys should stop deceiving yourselves. |

Someone wrote a long speech on another thread in how this virus ain't lethal in Nigeria.
So it seems-because the govt tried to flatten the curve by ensuring a lockdown.
So now because of ignorance, some people are screaming for release of the lockdown.
Ignoramuses, do you not observe that with the lockdown, cases are increasing? So what should that tell you if the lockdown is released?
But many will say, it is audio, its all fake.
Well I have people I know on the front lines including a sibling who give us info on the seriousness of the issue. Its not because of some ignorant individuals the lives of my loved ones would be put at risk. So all of you would go out and end up overwhelming the health facilities and then start cursing govt and medical staffs abi?
The response from some people also in this forum also shows how not many can and should be leaders at all in any positions in this country whether in politics or business. They have no empathy, no logical and critical thinking, they never do proper research before jumping to conclusions. That's why many bosses can treat their staffs in an inhumane manner.
But some will also scream hunger, but the truth here is that many who shout hunger on this forum are just joining the band wagon. Some even shouting hunger have money to stream Netflix and constantly spend the whole day on Instagram.
To those who are truly hungry, we know you, help is coming your way this week from the govt as there is an extension about to take place once again. |

Christ will soon come to judgment, you ought therefore to be prepared to meet your God. He will come in all the glory of the Godhead, attended with the multitude of the heavenly host, and before him shall be gathered all nations. Every one of us must appear before his tribunal. We must meet the almighty God in judgment, when he comes to take vengeance of his adversaries. Ought we not to be prepared for this awful meeting? |

ostarlink: Igbos and Yorubas are always good in enforcement of rules. The reason why we are having so many problems in the north is because many of their nonchalant attitude to serious issues. Strictness and obedience to rules are primary fruits of education. Any region where anything goes is often a region where people are uneducated or poorly educated. The level of disobedience in the north is alarming. That z why the north remain the number one problem of the country. I am not saying they aren't good, but they take many things for granted in the name of being nice. You have definitely never been to the North before. If not you won't say what you said about enforcement of rules up there. I have stayed in both and I can say the South is very chaotic when it comes to law enforcement. |

asamaigho: hahahahahahahahahahahaha u are talking of ionising and non-ionizing radiation, any way let me school u.
firstly, u are totally wrong to say dat 5g operates at a frequency of 6ghz,..lemme assume u mean 60ghz or else there is no point leading d blind.
secondly 5g is millimeter wave with shorter wavelength than radiowaves and microwave, the millimeter-wave region of the electromagnetic spectrum corresponds to radio band frequencies of 30 GHz to 300 GHz and is sometimes called the Extremely High Frequency (EHF) range.i hope i know the relationship btw frq and wavelength?.
Now, am sure understand from all available data that the electromagnetic radiation leaking through the doors of our microwave ovens are carcinogenic, and therefore, can cause cancer? infact, all scientists believe that these leaked waves are mutagenic, meaning they change the DNA structure of living beings. The launch of 5G will be similar to turning on your microwave, opening its door, and leaving it on for the rest of your life because even inside of d microwave operates below 3ghz, compare dat to 5g frquency and come up with a logical opinion because they are both non-ionizing radiation. This is one good reason why pipo like us are very weary abt the 5g hysteria from ignorant folks.
Lastly as for ionising and non-ionising radiation, let ask u, do u even know how microwave with a lower frequency than 5g get ur food cooked even though its a non-ionising radiation?.... bro 5g radiation is going to exposed to ur skin for years, most of the test carried out has an exposure rate of less than an hour for less than 15days..u and i know dat is not enuf na.
bro some research and enlighten urself. Finally, someone with sense. |
