Actually, Lagos state lost millions of dollars in the scandal. Before Tinubu promise another electricity project, he must explain his role in Enron electricity project for Lagos state. He should tell Lagosians how much tax payers money was lost to the project, or was dubiously stolen in the name of Enron electricity.
