Listen more to Jazz and Blues. You will thank me later. Radio Swiss Jazz ( a cable radio station based in Zurich, Switzerland), changed the way i listen to music. I equally enjoyed Blue Notes ( 3 hours Jazz program on Sundays) , on Jam FM, Berlin. Such music elevates ones consciousness I have hundreds of Jazz tracks and musicians to listen to anytime i want. |
After Enyimba city, next will be Onitsha and Nnewi. Someone spent millions of dollars to get Enron to do similar thing in Lagos. At the end, Lagos state lost millions in dollars, and there was no electricity from Enron. Guess who was in charge in Lagos then? Of course, Mr. Tinubu was then the governor of Lagos state when Enron's power scandal hit Lagos state. |
What has the party of iniquity got to offer Edo people? More tears, sorrow and blood? |
MyVILLAGEpeople:Please, watch some stuffs about this issue on The Why Files on YouTube. There are already millions of information about the lizard people on the web. Millions of people believe that Buckingham palace descended from those reptilians. Have you ever wondered where Britain got power to colonize dozens of countries, even ones bigger than the whole central Europe? The powerful colonial trading companies that exploited native peoples and their resources? Why is the language of ancient Egypt extinct, but English language spoken all over the earth? English language is not even up to 1500 years old. Why did ancient Egypt fall to ancient Greek? Greeks were traveling to ancient Egypt to learn science, philosophy, mathematics and arts of war. Why do black people in Africa think the West can help them develop and build civil societies? If Africans do not wake up, the reptilians will destroy black Africa before 2000 years. |
MyVILLAGEpeople:The Lizard people are everywhere, they call the shots in global business and politics. They are in control of World Bank, IMF, CIA, Mossad, KGB, Deutsche Nachrichten, MI5 , NASA and many governments. These folks are influenced by a star system that wants to control the earth. They are the owners of Black Knight Satellite hovering over the earth. It's no conspiracy; it's deeper than normal folks can understand. |
The Lizard 🦎 People have taken over Nigeria. Lizard 🦎 People have no sympathy for humans. They will do everything possible to inflict sufferings on human beings. |
Nigeria is perhaps the only country in the whole wide world where elite politicians take subsidy from the poor and give to themselves. They steal public money in billions and nothing happens to them; they steal your oil in thousands of barrel every day and tell the citizens that the country can not produce enough oil to meet OPEC Quota. Your taxes and pensions are used as extra pocket money for the few elite politicians and civil servants. They have their percentage cut from every contract awards. Say Hi to Gandollar and Co Nigeria Unlimited!! |
GeneralDae:Have you asked yourself why more Nigeria's crude oil got stolen between 2015 - 2023, than any other time in history? Obasanjo made sure that people were not allowed to steal crude oil from Nigeria in whatever form and means. What did Buhari as petroleum minister do? We can go on arguing, but the fact is that corruption and oil theft became more rampant during APC rule, thereby denying Nigeria a sizable amount of revenue in US dollars. |
PureFace1:Nigeria was importing mostly from expensive American and European countries. Nokia, Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, etc , were also then expensive. You will be surprised that more money got stolen from Nigerian government than the actual money spent on import. |
PureFace1:How did you come about that Obasanjo sold crude oil at high price? Obasanjo sold crude oil around $30 per a barrel during his administration. |
[quote author=thedio post=128450107]What is the pupulation of Nigeria in 1999. How Many ppl were buying new cars,TV and other gadgets. Think about the numbers of political office holder we av had since 1999 from minister to senator, honourable, commissioner to local govt and tell me how many of them r using ordinary local furniture. Our taste for imported things is outrageous and this is putting enormous pressure on forex[/quote What about millions of Nigerians who have died since 2000? People and businesses even sale more goods and services when economy is stable. Bad government is bad government. Give APC 1 trillion dollars today, in 7 years they will squander the whole money and give you 1 thousand reasons why it wasn't enough for development. They are just too wasteful! |
PureFace1:When Obasanjo took over in 1999, crude oil price was about $30 per a barrel. Later in the years of his administration, prices improved but it was not over $70 per a barrel. Learn your history and stop being fed propaganda by a clueless APC government. Obasanjo and his team were just damn good in managing the Nigerian economy. |
We have known this fact since September last year. It was an ill - thought action by Tinubu. His government seem confused. Policy flip flopping almost every week. The result? Ebi npiawa azu as the new normal in Nigeria. |
GeneralDae:Olusegun Obasanjo never floated Naira, he did some devaluation of Naira. During his administration the CBN was still defending Naira to a large extent. Floating a currency means abandoning any form of control mechanism, while currency devaluation means allowing your currency lose some percentage points to other major currencies. Every other administrations in Nigeria since independence has never floated the Naira, except Tinubu's. |
DeLaRue:Please, just say APC mismanaged the Naira by over borrowing and floating of the currency. When Obasanjo took over in 1999, Nigeria had around 3 billion dollars in foreign reserve. Nigeria was still then heavily dependent on importation; he didn't float Naira, and he didn't stop subsidy on petrol, diesel and Kerosene. Yet, Nigeria's inflation rate was under 15% and food was affordable too. He assembled able hands who were able to grow the economy and pay Nigeria's debts or negotiate some debt forgiveness. Why did everything about Nigeria's economy start deteriorating rapidly immediately APC took over government in 2015? APC has no clue about economic management, especially on federal level. |
Let the company deliver the fuel before announcing it. That's the only thing Nigerians are interested in. For now, Epi npiawa azu is the new normal! |
Ebi na apiawa azu thinzs. It might turn out like Soviet Union's economic meltdown in 1989/1990. The battered economy was one of the reasons that led to the collapse of the communist party and Soviet Union. As Naira becomes more worthless each passing day, Nigerians might need 2000 and 5000 Naira notes. 10000 Naira note is also plausible, if greedy elite politicians continue their culture of looting the country's treasury, which they in turn use to mop up Nigeria's foreign exchange. |
In my lifetime, i have never seen a political party mismanage a country like APC have done in Nigeria. From poverty capital of the world, to Epin npiawa azu; what other disaster does APC have for Nigerians? |
Epi npiawa azu is spreading faster than anyone could have imagined. Well, i hope it doesn't reach ita Konkri (eating of concrete), according to Perikomo Nwankwo Okoye. |
His soul must have felt it was almost time up in this world, it could have flashed into his mind for a few seconds. The universe awaits everyone of us, either here on earth or elsewhere in another galaxy. |
I hope she talks with the folks who brought Epi n pawa something ( Epi npiawa azu). She should tell them that any economic policy that lacks human face is doomed to fail, especially such concoction from IMF and World Bank. |
Nigeria against Italy, US 94 world cup. Forza Roberto Baggio!! |
sukkot:Dude, the automobiles were crusing on German Autobahn. Nigeria has no Autobahn, even now. Check out the plate numbers of those vehicles - Hamburg, Hannover, Augsburg. |
Since the lizard people took over Nigeria on May 2023, there has been only hardship and pro max suffering everywhere. |
The Lizard people have taken over Nigeria. Debts and more debts seem to be the only thing they know. After servicing the old debts, they borrow more to squander. Nigeria is the only country in the world where public money is used by the elites as a subsidy to themselves. The more this cycle continue, the more worthless Naira becomes. |
During Abacha's regime, Nigeria was under some economic sanctions, but the government was able to maintain a very stable exchange rate and a single digit inflation rate. He had some smart men running Nigerian economy during his regime. Prices of rice and other important commodities were even going down in some cases. He made sure Nigerian markets were flooded with cheap Thai rice imported through Benin Republic. |
One of the puzzles of humanity is why black man who ruled the world and taught other parts of the world Mathematics and Alchemy ended up being the lowest in modern human development index. Too much love for other cultures and greed got the black man in chains. Only a radical elevation of consciousness will free black man from this historical predicament. African politicians of today have taken black man deeper in chains of grave, by looting everything that could be used to build thriving African societies. |
staga:I actually figured out an important name was missing from my list, but I couldn't find the name offhand. Thanks for remembering Theophilus Abega. He was one of the pivotal players for Cameroon in the 80/90s. They had a formidable team that was robbed of victory against England in Italia 90 by an obviously biased Referee. |
iwaeda:I was heartbroken after that match. The Indomitable Lions of Thomas Nkono, Emmanuel Kunde, Oman Biyik, Kana Biyik, Roger Milla and the other Cameroon players who were mainly from Canon Sportive didn't allow Nigerian Eagles Fly. Ernest Okonkwo, Richard Asiegbu and Tolu Fatoyinbo of Radio Nigeria were almost in tears. Then, we were watching the match on TV and simultaneously listening to Radio commentary of the match. |
What do you expect when a party is ruling a country like Mafia? The insatiable Nigerian elite seem determined to steal from the country until there is nothing more to steal. |
It seems this is one of the reasons vultures in APC are not happy with him . Obviously, they want him to start sharing the money to the party people instead of using it for benefit of Benue state. |
It's the economy, stupid!! Before the last general election in Nigeria, many people were saying that they would vote individuals and not party. Now, this is the result of such decisions. In other good democratic countries, people vote according to party manifesto or policies. As myopic and confused in corruption as APC rulers are, who amongst them is going to push for people's oriented policies or at least come up with something that can turn the economy around to the benefit of Nigerians? Nigerians need economic policies with human face! |
