go4success: I have made arrangement with the women and where the market wil be dropped.I told U all that and you promised to check the place. It was after that that the story changed.I am not angry.I just want to say my mind.In case U post such thread in the future. It is well
You still don't seem to get it. No story was ever changed. You loss some, you win some. What i clarified is we can not supply while there is glut in the market. We cant bring tomatoes to Lagos when the market price is below cost price. We will be making a big loss considering all expenses
We pay transport and a lot of expenses settling police and all sorts.
I perfectly understand where you are coming from with the stress and all but please understand where we are also coming from.
The word "story change" does not come into this situation. It connotes lying or being dubious which never arise.
Yes we want to carry a business transaction with you.
Yes we have not been able to conclude that.
Yes we have had lot of offers and we have been able to deliver to some but not to every one that demands.
Does that now make me a fraud or lier as you are trying to imply?
Capital No
Am still saying, we can never take Tomatoes to a market where we have not done our full dilligence study that includes visiting.
Transactions is not done that way.
As far as i know with you, the last discussion we had was i will find time to come and check which i have not had time to do.
Telling you the market price as of the time you called was to let you know the situation at that specific time.
Market price fluctuating is not my doing.
Every one including you want to make profitable sale.
The facts that the transaction could not be conclude now does not mean it can never be some other time.
As regards new postings, the tomato thread is still much alive. I always updates all my posts cause i don't have anything to hide.
We have been getting several offers and i have to take my time explaining to each and everyone.
We have been able to deliver to some but not all. We are working on meeting up with the demand we have.
I still apologise for any discomfort the expected transaction must have caused you. But please try and understand that there are times things don't go the way we planned
I would so much appreciate if you could tone down some of your choice of words. They are somehow too harsh.
Not everyone has bad intention
Thank you

go4success: You put up a thread for distributors to go out to gather 50 pepper sellers.do u know that I spent all my free time for a whole week doing that only for u to back out at the last minute.since then no news from u.Thanks
I can remember well you said you have 20 market women and the minimum we could bring to Lagos is 70 but i said we may possibly find a way around 50 basket.
The last discussion i could remember vividly was we need to visit and see the terrain, the road network and also to agree on the price with the market woman. You are within Ikorodu, Ijede axis if i am correct.
As for market picking up, its because of the festive period. Fresh supply can not be based on that more for new terrain that we have not visited before.
You know how your Lagos is. Pardon us about that.
AgricultureRe: Daily Price Of Foodstuff And Commodities Uploaded by jethro2(op): 10:51am On Oct 03, 2014
go4success: Please always do ur homework very well before sending people on a wild goose chase. Now the prices have picked up,why didnt u contact the people u sent out for marketing and abandoned after all the hardwork and time put in.
You probably got the whole set up wrong. Yes the price has recently picked up. The deal is for us to supply at an agreed time and at an agreed place and at a reasonable price. You wouldn't advice us to bring vegetables to market and sell below the cost price.

Before making accusations of abandonment, please
1 Did you ever call that we say no vegetables?
2 Have you made arrangement for where to bring the product and we have conclullde on a transaction?
3 Did we agree on the no of vegetables sellers you have to justify us bringing products to your side
I am not trying to justify anything but please there are alot that needs to be put in place before the issue of abandonment or whatever can be refer to.
We made it a point of duty to visit the area we want to supply so as to access the road network and to meet with the buyers.
I am not sure we ever get to that stage with you.

I will still apologise for any inconvenience we might have caused you. Better luck next time

go4success: I taught you said the price of big basket of tomato is now I500 at mile-12.
I am sure that was almost 2 weeks ago. Price fluctuates for every commodities in the market. Fresh vegetable most especially.

Etranshub: hmmm toasted soya in powder form sells for 140naira / kg retail price And you want to sell harvested soya for 120 bulk order....?
I still so much believe in freedom of speech applying to freedom of writting. You are so much free to post a competitive price and where to source the product.
The price updates are the market price from different market.
Do me a favour, criticize constructively.
Thank you

Good work.
Please put into cognisance, the control of these elephant grasses I am seeing.
Kill them early beofre they kill your crops.
Don't bother to transplant because they may not survive and please use insecticide once every 7-9 days to reduce insect infestation.
All will be well.
Regards,
The Unbeatable.
Thank you very much. I will take note of the mentioned point
