What do you advice ma, I have the interest in planting cucumbers on my farm but lack the expertise. I am into cat fishing and poultry, i still have vast land for farming which is why i want to start the cucumber plantation. Your response would be gladly appreciated

1. You can get a good practising consultant to put you and your willing staff through one planting session of cucumber

2. You can find a way to get any of your dedicated staff or you if you have the time to trained from a practising farmer. Your staff step down the training to some other staff when he or she get back

3. Successful participants at the end of the training may choose to join the cluster farming system in partnership with "Farmvilla Resource Centre"

At the cluster, land is provided free.
Some other agricultural incentives are made available for the cluster member to start his own farm.

An agreement is reached between farmvilla and the cluster member with everyone strictly keeping to their own terms of agreement.

4. Participants can start their own farm wherever they choose to be with all the agricultural knowledge that has been acquired during the training period.

Technical support to navigate the agric terrain is always available for the participants at anytime

5. We consult for farm owners. We help set up fruits and vegetable farm for new Farmers.

First thing to do before planting is getting to know the market.

The Market usually should determine your crop.

Market women will always cheat you out of your sweat.

Visit Mike 12, Ile epo, Iyana Ipaja, Arena at Oshodi if you have bulk produce.

Don't forget you have to factor in transport money

Your best bet if it's not much us to sell withing your area.

Please get close to a practising farmer on what you want to farm. It could be crop or livestock

Most people online are not practising farmer.

Acquire basic knowledge on the field you have interest on. Internet information here and there is quite different from practical real experience
