1Sharon:I am still waiting? |
1Sharon:Please tell me what it is now. I want to be educated. |
DopeAngel:Your brother and his girlfriend do not know what they are getting into. 2 AS can not get married in this age of information. Religion is no excuse to get married and all they need to have is just one SS child to get into serious trouble. If they are wealthy, they have 2 options. 1. Villous sampling at 10-13 weeks or Amniocentesis at 16weeks. This involves getting pregnant naturally and testing the foetus at the recommended week. If the baby is SS an abortion is done and the process repeated until a healthy foetus is carried. This process cost about N300k or 2. Pre Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) after In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF). This process ensures the baby is not SS even before the baby is transferred to the mother's uterus. There is no guarantee the pregnancy will be carried to term. The cost of this process is roughly N3-N6m. If they can not do the above and are being foolish by expecting a miracle, then they should be open to the following. Money they will use to feed, buy car, build house will be spent on hospital bills. When the heat gets really hot, all your brother and his then wife will feel for each other is hate and blame. This love that is intoxicating them now will disappear. Aside the money that will be spent managing the child's health, their hearts will break anytime they see their weak child. A child that can not participate in any strenuous activity, No extra curricular school activity, Discrimination and rejection against the child from age mate, teachers and other adults, A child that can't bath cold water, A child that always has to put on sweaters even when the sun is out. General sickly and weak look even for the few period when the child is healthy. The child always has to be on folic acid, Mosquito bite must be prevented at all cost because malaria triggers crisis, As a baby, the child will be healthy for the first 6 months or less while the mother's blood is still in it, thereafter the crisis starts with the child crying uncontrollably and quickly degenerating from a healthy baby to that sickly look. That child will hate them knowing there were aware of the risks and still got married. Then there are other Sickle Cell Disease complications like constantly yellow eyes, overbite with big teeth, stroke(yes the stroke normally reserved for old people), avascular necrosis(bone start dying for no reason especially the femoral head, this can lead to loss of ability to walk), skin ulcer(the skin simply won't heal with a big sore, this sore can be there for years, I mean years ), enlarged spleen, enlarged liver, general constant weakness, sudden death at any point in the life of the child. I should say some SCD sufferers are quite healthy though but you don't have a child hoping they won't be SS or be healthy even if they are SS. I hope you're able to pass this information across to your brother and his girlfriend because when the trouble starts, non of you will be spared the financial and emotional stress unless the family decides to abandon them. |
Earthbound:If you do not know what is happening, just chill. |
TonyeBarcanista:Do not be silly, I am not a PDP member or even a delegate that will be voting at the primaries. Someone has connected you to this man's money and you're doing all to remain relevant. It is such a pitiable sight that intelligent people like you totally lose their senses and self respect when money is involved. |
Bitchiamjay:Which strength dem take de type again, are you that lazy? |
Nigerians too hate. |
Fayemi is a rogue and should leave that state alone. |
My kind of woman, but I don't like girls below 1.75m. |
Mean posters. |
hakeem4:Na poor man de say beer bitter. |
nairavsdollars:You no go get before them squeeze am? The guy was helping her burst the pimple on her chest. |
Rekyz:Take yourself out and show yourself love. Likes no be money. |
saintfaculty:All the votes are not paid votes. Did you even follow the show at all? I will rather be evicted early than be in Cee-C's shoes. The girl die stand. |
Dayg88:Oh, you don't think she is. Na una na. |
wurabecca:So this ugly midget is Chioma, of all the pretty soft igbo girls. Davido de fear to lash fine girls? Tufiakwa. |
White007:Na when you never make am e de look very big. Once e don enter account you go surprise self how e take waka. |
Who is the midget backstage with Davido, I hope that's not the Chioma girl? Davido too like ugly girls. |
Dayg88:At this point ehn, anything can happen. People support evil. |
LegDoLand:Corporate greed and corruption is responsible for the high price. Foreign rice is expensive because it is an illegal commodity and those with waivers see no reason to sell cheaper. Locally produced rice absolutely has no justification for such premium price and should command up to 40% discount. No be coloured sack we want chop, just give us cheap rice. |
Nellizzy:Please educate me, what is welcomed about this development? I thought made in Nigeria would be cheaper. |
olex88:Makes no sense at all, the market is willing to pay N20k for 50kg and I feel the price may never reverse. People in the right sectors are just making blood money. |
yeyerolling:...like World Cup. |
Firgemachar:You made absolutely no sense. Beer parlour talk. |
youngbelieve:Keep hoping for the best, Nigeria's democracy is advancing fast and we could be on the verge of electing every single president that fails out of office after one term, incumbent presidents will realise that if they do not perform, the electorates will sack them. |
internationalman:Donald Duke could be next in line, we have to make progress not regress. |
Siki355:I've dated 3 girls like this, currently with the fourth and know like 3 I can't date, you can call them sapiosexual. If you're not intelligent, well composed, show your dominance without being forceful, you can't date them. If they are the type of girls you like, you will find them, they are quite rare but they do exist, you just have to be naturally tuned to their spectrum. You'll hardly meet them at the club or social gathering, even if you do they may block you out. You woo them with intelligent conversations, not rocket science conversations just normal everyday talk but you make it intelligent and different from convention. You may be wondering why I've had to date so many, well sh!t happens. Op, I hope this answers your question too. |
youngbelieve:If it is not by a coalition this strong then it is by what? You think Sowore and Fela can win election? |
Fukafuka:That picture is funny, that don was definitely laughing to impress. |
Chidinma wants to sing popular music but that is not her calling, she has been trying to be like Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, etc when she should be like Niniola and others who operate in genres that are not really popular but with her new video I saw recently, I think she's beginning to get the idea. Music is art, no matter how different your style is, with publicity your audience will connect with you wherever they are. |
