What I mean by "not being easy" is that according to your suggestion, the time, energy and resources that I will have to expend on finding the right company, getting a job from that company and then changing job positions within that company in order to learn the business will not be as easy as it would have been if I could have found someone to help me with the appropriate knowledge I would need in order to kick-start the business on my own.

Where did I say it is easy, you think becoming an entrepreneur is child's play. If you're not even determined, soon you will find yourself looking for job after spending your capital and your family may even contribute to ending your career in entrepreneurship by helping you get a job. To be an entrepreneur, you must be ready to go out and do what every other person is not doing.

You said you do not have capital, neither do you have experience, nobody will give you money to start. If you are able to create a comprehensive financial statement to guide you and raise enough capital to bootstrap then you can learn on the job since you're not willing to learn from others.

I wrote the last paragraph after posting the first 2, you are not an entrepreneur. Go and get a job!

Keep your capital in fixed deposit of 6 months, join the manufacturing company you want to learn and work there for free. Learn all you can, jump from role to role, befriend the manager and learn everything practically before starting out on your own. Do a little online research about young people into tissue production. From what I know about tissue production, you buy larger rolls then cut and package for market.
