I did not participate in BIG, after the stress of YesProgramme that yielded no result. My friend who participated and went through that gruelling interview too has not received a dime, recently he was called again and he's fed up already because his centre is Port Harcourt and he lives in Lagos.

I have actually removed my mind from these programmes, my God will definitely do it for but not through this means. The over $2m deal I'm working on now, no be my power. I was on my own and was asked invited. In God I definitely believe but any Buhari programme, count me out.

If you went through the 18 courses and wrote close to a hundred online tests and exams and made sure your lowest score was 90% then made it to inclass training where I lead my team to win overall best performance in Delta state, you will understand what I went through. A week spent in Asaba lodging in a hotel, you need to see nursing mothers and all. At the end nothing to show, just certificates. A friend I met at in class training who came in from Lagos for the training tried his luck again with BIG and was a finalist, nothing to this point. The nothingness of Aso rock day is online.

I am not saying you should not apply but I'll rather save my brain power for profitable activities.

Is this country cursed or what? Jonathan left a fully functional Youwin but it was destroyed and replaced with YESP, then there was BIG and Aso day. Not a single applicant that applied has benefitted.

If you have time to waste and crack your head for nothing then you can apply. I am not touching any of these rubbish programmes with even a long stick again.

I didn't say VIN should be hidden from an actual buyer but third party who has no money or interest in the car but needs the VIN simply because they think they are entitled to it. Take your mechanic for inspection, that is the best option.

You are both correct but skyscrapers on the scale they operate should have an independent power source, numerous estates have done it in Lagos in a system where they generate their own power and issue electric bills to tenants. The estate I first saw this back in 2014 was powered by diesel generators and the only time power goes off is less then 20 seconds for the whole day during change over. A person building a skyscraper should add the cost of generating power to other support system cost such as HVAC and sewage treatment.

Also the case of housing deficit is not a problem with a simple solution. Government needs to start from providing strong regulation that creates environment for businesses to succeed and create jobs to creating a system that encourages 30 years mortgage loan facilities.

The Nigerian population as it is, is poor and can not afford such. No businessman will put up over N2bn to do such a project. On the contrary though, the bold ones that can identify a market can create a 5 year payment plan to purchase apartments in their condo where a lump sum is paid with the balance spread over 5 years but Nigeria is such a risk averse market and investors need to be very weary.

One way or the other, we will sort things out.
