WORLDPEACE: I did the BIG thing and had my induction in Port Harcourt. They were supposed to get back to us in six weeks but they only contacted my friend who also went to PH with me six months later. It was not until five months after him that I was asked to submit my biz plan. Now I am waiting for feedback. He on the other hand is going through training under their consultants. Hopefully we get something. Can you, please, tell me about the one you are accessing through my email. tayongoheights@gmail.com? I will appreciate it. 9icetoo: when you post a car online for sale, you are posting to all parties; 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on. when u deliberately post an accident or salvaged car as clean title and deliberately refuse to or intentionally withhold the VIN, then that is fraudulent. post all info except those which may give away the personal info of someone else such as registration number. this your third party argument doesn't hold water. thanks. Fraudulent according to your law? Most of you just come here to waste the precious time of busy people. |

SternProphet: The YouWin was functional? Pls educate us on that. How many beneficiaries and what was the spread nationwide. Please don't give parochial, narrow scoped reply like 10 Webpage developers in Portharcourt. I want to hear real stuff like hides and skins processors in the North, oil palm refiners in Calabar or a new type of laundromat business in Lagos. Google is your friend and the types of things you listed above did happen, met a lady who produces sachet honey, a guy with a salon, fashion designers, poultry, goat rearing. There was such a wealth of previous winners who had received their money to teach us how to apply properly. |

Just because it ddnt augur well for you in your pursuit, doesn't mean you discourage others who will. Folks like you said the same about Npower. I rest my case! It is your father and grandfather that is a son. I repeat nobody received BOI loan from Yesp and I did not participate in BIG. |

GoodMuyis: Mind you the brother is a beneficiary of BIG and other as well, infact they have a WhatsApp group for communication, see here NafarmFoods.com
Pls if you have a sound Idea Just Apply, God can work it for you I did not participate in BIG, after the stress of YesProgramme that yielded no result. My friend who participated and went through that gruelling interview too has not received a dime, recently he was called again and he's fed up already because his centre is Port Harcourt and he lives in Lagos. I have actually removed my mind from these programmes, my God will definitely do it for but not through this means. The over $2m deal I'm working on now, no be my power. I was on my own and was asked invited. In God I definitely believe but any Buhari programme, count me out. |

Rebelutionary: I won't be surprised that a fella like this would b the first to apply! Please name one beneficiary that received the YesP loan from BOI, the grant from BIG or Aso day money. I am not saying you should name 1 for each o, I want you to just name 1 person, just one name. You think these programmes are in the level of Npower where graduates are taken and made national servants with a stipend that can not even maintain them? Some of us operate strictly at entrepreneurial level. I am waiting for your answer. Mention 1 name. |

Praktikals: We know people like you. Na una go first apply. Na true, I know that kind thing but make I tell you something, I am a yesp finalist. If you went through the 18 courses and wrote close to a hundred online tests and exams and made sure your lowest score was 90% then made it to inclass training where I lead my team to win overall best performance in Delta state, you will understand what I went through. A week spent in Asaba lodging in a hotel, you need to see nursing mothers and all. At the end nothing to show, just certificates. A friend I met at in class training who came in from Lagos for the training tried his luck again with BIG and was a finalist, nothing to this point. The nothingness of Aso rock day is online. I am not saying you should not apply but I'll rather save my brain power for profitable activities. |

Is this country cursed or what? Jonathan left a fully functional Youwin but it was destroyed and replaced with YESP, then there was BIG and Aso day. Not a single applicant that applied has benefitted.
If you have time to waste and crack your head for nothing then you can apply. I am not touching any of these rubbish programmes with even a long stick again. |

olisaemeka1: very wrong my brother if you post a car as accident free it should be accident free ...if there is an issue with it people should know ...I should be be prepared for what I'm going to buy ...don't transfer ur demons to me on the alter of sales and profit ....I do not see anything wrong with it except u have something to hide ....mechanics are also limited in knowledge and most of them cut corners ... I didn't say VIN should be hidden from an actual buyer but third party who has no money or interest in the car but needs the VIN simply because they think they are entitled to it. Take your mechanic for inspection, that is the best option. |

Properties › Re: Nigeria And The Need For High Rise Buildings - Kinesthouse by Jethrolite(m): 10:54am On Apr 26, 2018 |
HigherEd: Your head is there 100%. I remember my days working with NETCO-NNPC in VI. All staff and Interns already entered the staff bus and we were about to move only for me to realise my seat mate is missing. We started calling and calling not knowing she was stuck in the elevator. I guess that must have happened as a result of power interruption... If we must get high rises right we must get electricity right. Zuluhead: Another factor to consider about high rise building is power. All high rise building in nigeria run on 24hrs stand by generating set. The elevator and ventilations needs power. You are both correct but skyscrapers on the scale they operate should have an independent power source, numerous estates have done it in Lagos in a system where they generate their own power and issue electric bills to tenants. The estate I first saw this back in 2014 was powered by diesel generators and the only time power goes off is less then 20 seconds for the whole day during change over. A person building a skyscraper should add the cost of generating power to other support system cost such as HVAC and sewage treatment. Also the case of housing deficit is not a problem with a simple solution. Government needs to start from providing strong regulation that creates environment for businesses to succeed and create jobs to creating a system that encourages 30 years mortgage loan facilities. The Nigerian population as it is, is poor and can not afford such. No businessman will put up over N2bn to do such a project. On the contrary though, the bold ones that can identify a market can create a 5 year payment plan to purchase apartments in their condo where a lump sum is paid with the balance spread over 5 years but Nigeria is such a risk averse market and investors need to be very weary. One way or the other, we will sort things out. |
