Putting Tinubu in the league of MKO and Awolowo while excluding the likes of Obansanjo all in the name of Yoruba tribalism is actually a bad omen for Tinubu. Abiola and Awolowo are actually controversial leaders. None of them actually completed their tenure. It's either they were impeached or they went to jail during/before their tenure or they were murdered before they got their mandate.

I actually said anyone can be disqualified. What I said encompasses every candidate (whether presidential, Governorship, senatorial, etc.) but you are not discerning enough to understand that.

Institutions may be corrupt. Yes. But.... the election tribunals are set up in such a way that the panel of judges reflects national character in order to checkmate all form of biases that might occur from nepotism, tribalism, and favouritism.

Supreme court can remove anybody. The constitution gives them the power to do so. Just present a strong case that is too hard to counter. For example, a candidate can prove that his votes are more than what INEC gave him/her or the process did not follow the constitution.

You're not smart. Anyone can be disqualified. The only problem is to bring substantial proof to show that the winner of the election rigged the process. Believe me when I tell you that it is very hard to prove it. This is where a lot of petitioners fail (a very recent example of one petitioner that has failed is Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola the former governor of Osun state).

So last year I decided to revisit freelancing because I am a gifted writer and been writing for many years so why not use it to make money?

So I registered on a freelancing site and the journey began.

Making money is never the problem if you are a freelancer, the problem is how much time can you give to the job.
The job was just too much that i had to employ many nairalanders to work for me.
At a point I was earning $900 per week (i could earn much more than this but where is the time to do more work?) but the work was just too much. So much that i moved to an hotel for several months just so that i can focus and have the hotel staff attend to all my needs so I dont have to do any work except my writing job.

This is a job that would make you want to go mad. You will work mornimg and night as if you have no life. Forget social life, all you will be after is to meet deadlines.

People will think you are a yahoo boy because you dont go to an office and you are always on your laptop. They also see that you dont have problem with money. To make it worse you are always going to bank to collect dollars and take to aboki.

I shake my head when i see nigerians complaining that there is no work. There is work but most people cannot work. That is just the truth.

If you know you can make these sacrifices then you should consider freelancing so far you have the skills for the jobs you want to apply for.

2. It's unconstitutional to air the court section on a live broadcast. So Atiku petition is dead on arrival because it lacks the constitution backing, and INEC national collation of result has always been aired live.

You should be the one to do proper research. Your shallow understanding of the origins of democracy is illusionary. Furthermore, it is not against the constitution to broadcast court sessions live. If that were the case Wale Olanikpekun et. al. would have cited sections of the constitution to support their assertion - don't tell me you know more than them. In fact the constitution actually barred judges from holding court sessions in private. Therefore broadcasting it live is in line with the law as that will make it available to the public.

Before you reply me, learn to improve your vocabulary and try to know the difference between section and session. Also, read more about the origins of democracy.

Maybe i am wrong BUT This doesnt make sense. NBC is a regulating commission, it should have power to be able to sanction erring broadcasting organisation without having to rely on the judiciary.

Instead it is the broadcasting organisation that should file a case at the court if they are not satisfy with the sanctions imposed on them.

It is more like telling LASTMA, ROAD SAFETY and other precautionary and regulating agency to seek court intervention before impounding your vehicle for going against the law.

Court process takes to long. We all know NBC is the only thing holding this mischievous and overly sentimental media houses by the balls and checkmating their excesses. If not, journalism would have been an insane crazy affair in this country.

The NBC cannot be a judge, jury and executioner in matters that they're a party in. Even LASTMA, Road safety etc takes people to court when they voilate rules before impounding vehicles.

Well, Mr. Dumb Adeyemi has been telling people to wait till 2027 despite the tons of evidence on the irregularities in the elections. Even some media houses have gone to verify the Evidences and found out the claim of the opposition parties are very true. Nassarawa state govnorship elections and the Presidential elections are glaring examples. In both cases, the APC won and Mr. Dumb Adeyemi celebrated their victory.
