A section of my plantain farm is almost gone . It sure won't survive the harmattan & my goats. Therefore, I am selling off the goats and only leaving 2 females behind.

Road to the locations are motorable and it is a farming community.

Some of the land do have scanty trees while others are virgin land. subject to choice or type of crop you intend to do. simply make your choice.

Average rate per acre is 10k.
