Mondisweets: my parents jointly own a farm together the equipment used on that farm they bought it together, from the irrigation system, tractors and the other farming equipment used on the farm. They both take turns to oversee the farm and paying the workers.
My parents jointly pay my fees, my dad takes care of the allowance and my mum takes care of the flight fares. My dad is responsible for servicing the cars and putting fuel in them and my mum is responsible for insurance payments.
My dad taught all of us ( the girls) how to change a flat tyre and how to connect and disconnect a car battery. He taught me how to use a lawn mower. I never objected to it or call it a man's duty.
My dad was the one who taught me how to make okra soup and pudding properly.
My dad normally buys the essentials such as oil, soap, sugar while my mum buys the things that perish quicker you vegetables etc.
That's wat I call partnership, a healthy marriage. So what wrong with equality again?
