only very few African countries can produce the real age players in Age Grade competitions, such country must have a system where players are developed from a very young age of between 4-7 so that the system caters for their Nutrition which is the main reason why we have slow development in Africa. There's no crime if a 21year old claims 17 because physiologically, that's the class he belongs, grouping him with the 'ideal' 21year olds would not bring the best out of him. According to SR, Dino was a Student and even served as the President of his Departmental Association but didn't graduate, and was in fact impeached when he allegedly exchanged his old tv set with the new one that was purchased with departmental association's money. I've seen pple who were students at the same time with him in ABU, he was very vocal politically.

I'm not trying to defend Mr Dino here o, I graduated from ABU in 2015 and we were awarded BEd, we complained and it was changed to Bsc after 6months. In some departments in ABU, especially Faculty of Education, there are always issues about the Degree awarded to departments, some receive BEd, Bsc Ed, BA and even Bsc. Maybe they've not totally integrated the Department into Fac. Of Sciences when Mr Dino graduated. I'm talking from experience
