Good question, well I dont have any insurance policy with them. Even if I do, that cant determine anything, as i will just be one tiny client out of a very large pool.

Now my reason for the recommendation is based on me studying their financial reports over the years. With a growing revenue, PAT and EPS. They are both close in scaling the recapitalisation target of 10billion. If the growth trend is maintained, they should be able to clear their negative retained earnings and will be able to declared dividends once again. Currently selling at 20kobo per share, what is there to lose. Stocks with higher P.E ratio are selling higher.

the nse and sec are useless watchdogs. UACN directors bought massive amount of units prior to the result release based on insider information.

These results gets to some people before it's finalized or submitted at all.
Quite a lot of these going on.
Where I suspected UACN for instance, was a situation where offers far outweighed bids, yet some people were buying at market price.
NSE and SEC just needed to wake up to their responsibilities.
See a situation where Union Diagnostic is supposed to make pay off arrangement within certain days but has extended to months now.

exactly, thats the main goal. we can do it. some of these stocks are severely undervalued, controlling 10% of any these companies gives us a strong leverage in influencing board decision.

If I remember correctly, as at January 2020, Caverton free float was 16.54%, as against statutory requirement of minimum 20% free float for companies on the NSE main board.

I asked,if he can help to deal with Caverton,he said they are already doing that.

My closing remarks,the lower Caverton goes,the better.

Come to think of it,I was not expecting any dividend from them as their cashcow (Airplane and Helicopter charter) was the worst hit in 2020.dont also forget what emperor Wike of River State did to the same company in 2020.

If you want to exit Caverton please do so quietly and let the remaining passengers in the bus,enjoy their smooth ride to KM 3.

Universal Insurance and Sovereign Trust Insurance are good to accumulate for the long term if you can enter at 20kobo per share. Tie that money down there, 1 year from now, you go smile. I gained 55% from STI before offloading during the rally this year.

now that caverton has submitted their result and dividend recommedation, the share price don slide backward. hmm, could it be a sign of a lower dividend payout. as i know their profit this was heavily impacted by FX / finance cost in 2020.

i expect a dividend payout of 50kobo, hopefully their impairment expense should drop in 2021, after 5years of paying for bad loans provision.

mobil oil and abro power steering oil is not recommended and will damage your car in the long run. this is why we have so many honda users complaining about steering issues. mechanics and dealers will advise you to use cheap alternatives that can work well with other cars, dont try it with honda o. Follow the car manual.

The dealer and mechanic recommended mobile oil and abro power steering oil, which have were used for the first servicing. Hope those were right?

I concurrently use same car. This is my 4th accord and I can tell you it's a reliable car if well maintained. 1st of all. Only use original honda fluids for engine oil, transmission, and power steering. DONT PUT CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES.
