Thanks, upon registering for a new appointment, i was able to get my old appointment slip. My capture date is 21st november, but my wife missed her captured appointment which was for the 3rd of nov. I hope she can follow me on my date, since she has the appoinment slip now. Also my centre is Shagamu, is there anything to do ahead, i think i read about opening a file before you capture date. aieromon: |

The appointment booking section is telling me to pick appointment date, again, like i havent done it before. All the dates available is from february. I paid since september and choose november 2 as capture. How come i didnt get the appointment slip. sihamey: |

Greetings good people, my wife and I went the DIY route and choose Shagamu center for processing. Now today is suppose to be her bio capture date, but we cant find any document to show the appointment date selected. All we have is our paid application form and receipt. is there a way to confirm our appointment. when i tried the passport Application Tracking, i got the screenshot below. Also upon checking the portal, it shows i should book appointment, with available date now showing february. when i tried to reschedule, it says "booking not found". Does all this mean i have to book afresh again?

Dont mind them. Same thing happen to me. My token code stopped working on their platform. I went to the bank to complain and they told me that my token is damage and i have to request another one at my own cost. I argued that if the deviced is still showing code, how can it be damaged. But they refused. I abandon the account for a while. But due to my account been one of my most used, i had to request another token last week. You try to reset the token. To do this, try to login using the browser, when it ask for token code, you will see a button to "reset token" 1 Like |

greetings good people. i started my online application and i have gotten to the payment section. i choose alausa processing office. but upon reading this thread i realised that alausa is overwhelmed and will cause me long delays. im yet to pay but unforunately i cant edit my processing office. Is it possible for me to start a fresh application and choose shagamu office instead without any issues? |
