Lagos state govt and market associations should stop this habit of disrupting commercial activities, starving its citizens and causing loss of daily livelihood to show they honour a person. I wonder why the Malls arent closed, WHILE THE POOR SUFFER THE SACRIFICE.

lets not forget the overdue naira devaluation that we should expect anytime from now. its advisable for short term players to sell off if any bull ride come soon, hold profit and watch out for 2nd qtr.

wisdom2345:
The Plumming of this stocks is as people expect NTB rates to be above 5% for the 364day bill and then 10.1% in the OMO would hint Foreign investors to sell equities and even bonds in the secondary market to lock cash in OMO @ 10.1%

We just pray and hope that today’s NTB still dips lower but if it appreciates more locals would sell off assets in the stocks market to gain risk free return in t bills

Welcome to the club of Bolt and Indriver.

With time you will be fine but the only thing is you will sometimes miss the sanity and peace of mind driving with Uber, and sometimes you'd notice you make more money driving with Uber than with Bolt (though its my personal experience oh).

Make sense. Before you start to criticize people that are actually making an effort to create a solution, ask yourself what have you done about the problems. Shame on Nigerians expecting a miracle by recycling the same dirty politicians.

Sovereign Trust Insurance 2020FY result wasnt bad. No dividend should be expected with their negative retained earnings and recapitalization pursuit. this is a stock i will like to re-enter but at 20kobo grin .

At current price caverton has a divended yield of 10%.
Q3 2020 EPS = 34kobo

there was 55% drop in profit, this was largely due to finance cost as aircraft leasing & loan servicing is in dollars.
Also operations slowed down due to slump in the oil industry.
Also ViP charters also reduced due to lockdown and less travel unlike the election year.

Positive Outlook.
Oil price recovery. Their main revenue is from long term contracts with IOCs.
Completed purchase of S92 helicopter for a new contract starting Q1.
Upcoming Launch of 2 subsidiaries with waiting clients
* Training: (equipped with the most sophisticated Flight simulator, 1st of a kind in SSA)
* MRO: with partner already signed with Bell, Airbus and Agusta Westland (aw149 is the most used commercial helicopter in west Africa)

PuristForest:
Anyone looking at Caverton...from technical standpoint..i see it making about 2.76 Q1...does anyone know the fundamentals of this company...

With the high volatility in the market, its advisable to take profit, in preparation of any major downward swing.
I hereby come down from Sovereign Trust Insurance bus with 50% profit in hand. Make i siddon and look my map, as i assess my route to Eldorado.

120BN X 6 MONTHS = 720BN shocked

FOR A UNSUSTAINABLE PROJECT. THAT MONEY CAN BE USED TO GENERATE 2000MW OF SOLAR ENEGRY, WHICH IS SUSTAINABLE AND ECONOMY GENERATING.

PotatoSalad:
Who are the "poor" Nigerians?
Why not use the 120b to do something that will help everyone. Like give us uninterrupted power supply for a month at least.
Nothing surprises me anymore.
24 million x 5000 = 120 billion naira.
Some particular individuals just got richer.
