For the ytd records, you are meant to change the beginning price by factoring the total O/S after reconstruction.

so for example, ucap; simply delete the 2 new shares added, i.e today's price of ucap at 19x3 = 57
.

A major pointer to the agenda was recent revelation by the lender that it is considering selling dollar-denominated securities in the domestic market to fund its expansion plans and boost its capital base.

According to the Managing Director, Roosevelt Ogbonna, during a media parley in Lagos, the securities would be issued in two tranches. While one of the tranches would be targeted at Development Financial Institutions (DFIs), the other would be sold on the open market.

If Access Holdings can successfully complete their expansion drive, and consolidate as planned, they will become a behemoth. With all the acquisitions so far, they still have the lowest NPLs. The Mauritius bank purchased is also a gamechanger.
I believe the reason their price is still this low is the higher level of dilution expected from their right offer, which will be about 50% to those who didnt participate.
