This rome media service has been eating my airtime as if we bought it together. I didnt subscribe for it and i have called out MTN on twitter as their customer care no gree pick my call, i was told it has been fixed only for me to wake up the next day to see a message that #30 has been deducted again. Sometimes they may deduct it twice in a week and the funny thing is that i will only see the message for deduction and nothing else again till the next time they will deduct again. I won't see any message or tips on what the rome media is all about, they just deduct the money.
I know #30 is small but if i am seeing the value of my money perhaps i won't be angry. Moreover, i'm a student, nt working yet. #30 twice in a week is something o for this buhari's era. They are not even replying my message on twitter again.

I don't even know what game+ service is all about and #100 was deducted from my account without subscribing for anything. I called the customer care and all i could get was we're so sorry our system shows you subscribed for this service.
We need to fight this fraudsters my people. Na so dem deduct #300 some weeks back saying I suscribed for one useless mtnmusic+

I made a 59 second call to another mtn line & Mtn deducted N424.80

Tried reaching their customer care after over 1 hour,they said I should wait for the next 24 hrs before t can be resolved.
My problem is why it never took them 1 minute to over-charge me bt wil tak them 24 hours 2 work on it
