I hardly use my 3g network on my sim card (08033387697) because it ceases a lot

I would change to 3g only and then start streaming or downloading... The 3g would cease and it's annoying. I have been forced to do subscription with another network... Nd everything works well..

Please, could it be my area signal is not too strong ... Or is my sim faulty and I should go for sim swap.

Note... This issue started early this year.. That's around February....

Please help me with a solution...

I just (11:35 pm) wised up to post this on your thread, LOL, but there's no harm trying...

I got a notice on 2348107151843 @ 10:17am on 8/12/2016 (Friday, two days ago) to subscribe for the WowWeekend @ N2000 for 3.5 GB AND a 17.5 GB Bonus. I so subscribed about 30 mins later, but never received the bonus, even as I write this.

I complained to CC a couple hours later, and further about 24 hours after that. The complaints were logged with the following reference numbers MTN1-24163386 and MTN1-24368730 respectively, with the phrase that the issue would be resolved. Up till now, the Bonus data has never appeared on my line.

In the meantime, I never accessed even the core 3.5 GB of data, hoping that I could claim a refund, because I wouldn't have subscribed were it not for the promise of the Bonus.

Can you please resolve this issue for me one way or the other?
