Good morning JideSM, since dec 1st I lost 3G service in my yard. I've tried different mtn sims, but it's still the same outcome. I inserted other network in my phone and I got 3G service, except mtn. I've called customer care so many times, but they've not been able to resolve the issue.
I subscribe to the Zomobie service; I texted ZO to 55326 and I got the successful message from mtn, but I can't browse on my techno phone. Why?

To activate a blackberry subscription you simply send the code to 21600, there is BBC @ N1000 also BBCWEEK @ N500, BBCDAY @ N100, there is BIS @ N1500, BBWEEK @ N550 and BBDAY @ N120. Send any of those codes to 21600 and you would get a response.Another means is to dial *123# then select the command for blackberry plans and see the plans there to activate. There are different packages for Z10 phones which are BB10 plans separate from these ones

But mtn did not give me the suppose credit they promised.

You have to confirm if the registration was done completely and properly. Send STATUS to 799 or dial *789# if registered it is only then would you be given the bonus if you were sent a previous SMS that you would get bonus for the SIM registration
