Oga Jide, MTN asked me to re-reg my line last two months and I did. I was even given 500 naira bonus for registering only for my line to be deactivated few days ago. I am sorry you are having this issues, if you have games such as real football or Assassins Creed downloaded from Gameloft, that is the reason you are being billed from your line as once the data is active and they do charge for download and usage if set that way

Mtn is very annoying. I sub for the 4.5g plan 4 days ago. On connecting with my modem, it connected but no internet access. I tried with another mtn sim and immediately connected. I called customer care and was asked to do a sim swap. Did that(not including the stress i went to at the mtn office). New sim is activated but still have the problem of no internet access. Called customer care again and was asked to send DATA ON to 131(which i already tried bf), did again and problem still remain. The customer service reps don't seem to know solution to the problem. 5 days now and my data is just wasting. Mr Jide, any solution

Hello i have being receiving messages from MTNN that my sim registration is not complete since September i have re registered my sim on mre than three occasions now. last month my sim was blocked so i had to re-register i received a confirmation message that my sim was successfull update.
