Please, I don't know where to take this to, the mods should help.

I am currently on MTN BIS which is monthly. I borrowed #200 credit from MTN because I may need to call some people soon. This morning I had about #143, then MTN deducted #100 from it, telling me its for 10 MB per day subscription which I have unsubscribed from for some months now. I don't understand why this is happening and its not the first time MTN is doing such. I called the customer care and every time they get to pick, they give me all sorts of stories. I am tired of this abuse and am only still using MTN because many people know me by this line. Please I need help, I want my money back, at least am still going to repay it back when I load credit on my phone.

To a more serious issue, JideSM, kindly send me the link to download MTN Selfcare App on BB. I used to have the app some years ago. I sent "CARE" to 5018 but got an invalid keyword. I couldn't also download it from MTN websites and your CC claimed that I can only get the link via text to 5018.

Got an mtn microsim sometime in the 3rd week of December 2015, cos I changed to a location that favored mtn more than other networks for my blackberry. Subscribed on Friday, Dec. 25 with #1000 worth of airtime for a BBC, this transaction was completed successfully. By the next day December 26, I traveled to my village, and there, Glo was network of choice and I gladly switched Sims. Fast forward to January 4, back to my previous location, inserted my mtn Sim, and couldn't use it cos there was no data permission. By January 11, 2016, I was hysterical, started calling customer care by 2am. A lady Jane picked up, after my complaint, she said it was because I subscribed for a BBC using a blackberry 10 phone, remedy being to re subscribe and sent me codes for it. No problems, I accepted. Later in the day, #1000 voucher, sent but no data credited for bblitem. Called customer care 6more times, only to be credited with 260mb. WTH do I do with 260mb? And I just received a message that I've used 50% of it? For bbm, whatsapp, Nairaland, google? Please, kindly state your subscription plans for BlackBerry 10 phones for me and the data allocated. I need the data till I leave this location. I'll look forward to your timely reply.

Good morning JideSM. I noticed that anytime I borrow from mtn, after making the calls I want to make, my remaining xtratime disappears just like that without me using it. It has happened to me like three times and the last one that pissed me off the most was when I borrowed #200 worth of airtime on Jan 1st around some mins past 1am and after deducting the #20 service fee, I had #180 left. I made some calls around 2am of which I wasn't supposed to be charged for cos it is suppose to be an xtracool free call but #27 was deducted from the xtratime I had left. I woke up in the morning to check my balance and noticed that about #50 has been deducted again without me making any call. I later made a call and was charged #20 naira for it, so I still had about some amount left. When I checked again that same day, I saw that I had zero balance. I used just #20 out of #180 worth of airtime and mtn deducted #160 without me making use of it. I don't know how it happened. I called the care line but nothing was done to it. I haven't recharge the line since then cos I was charged unnecessarily and I can pay back for services that wasn't rendered to me.
