MTN has been stealing from me for a while but this particular one is high and surprising.

My initial BBC subscription was to expire on Jan 31, but I was told I have reached the fair usage like a week ago. On Friday 29th I cancel the previous subscription and subscribed for another, to my surprise just 1 hour 13mins after, I received a message that the subscription has expired. The last time I called there customer care, the guy that answered said the matter is resolved and I should go and do another subscription (meaning my #1000 is gone oo).

Please Lalasticlala, JideSM, Tayoccu, dragnet, honsule, puskin and other Nlders come and see o. Help me oooo

Please note that the 150MB is active only when you log on to the Musical App. You may as well buy any of our Mobile Internet plans to gain internet access on your device. We have 10MB for just N100, simply text 104 to 131 to activate it. This is my experience with MTN today.
Yesterday, I needed to break down a N1000 note so that I would have smaller notes with me, so I bought a N100 credit and loaded it on my MTN line. Today, I decided to make a call but to my surprise, I was told I had insufficient credit to make a call. I checked my balance immediately, it was then I discovered my credit has been wiped off. I called the customer care immediately and the rude lady who picked said the money was deducted because I subscribed for a package by dialing a code sometimes in 2014 which I never did. So, I asked her, how come this money has not always being deducted from my account but now? I asked her to check well and resolve it but she said "there is nothing to resolve." I told her I have never subscribed for any package not even caller tunes that my money was deducted illegally and if she insists on not resolving it I may have to report it officially to NCC and to surprise, she said in a harsh tune "go ahead and report."
I have been loading my line and I have never experienced such deduction, why now when MTN has a fine to pay NCC? MTN is fraudulent and I can't allow them to take my money unjustly. Pls who knows how I can report this to NCC?

This MTN signal is very bad since 19th of January, People are hardly making calls with there Line,
But on 22th which is today, the Network finally disappeared.
None of Ondo state (ondo town) receive a single calls today..
