Domwiz4all: Gud morning, i shared my data wit a friend. Pls how does he check his data balance? We have tried sending 2 as sms to 131. The respond is always he does not have a data bundle subscription. We tried *559#, d data balance isnt dia. Lastly how long wil d data i transferd/shared(78MB) to him last?

falansa: There is no gprs service in my area since 3 weeks ago, but if we move around 2km from the area, we will have access to gprs. This problem started bout 3wks ago and have cost me my monthly subscription of #1,500. We have called customer care but nothing has been done on it. Pls we need urgent attention here. The location is Ako area, Ikire, Osun state.

doctorserah: Good evening, pls I migrated to tru talk cos of dis N300 bonus, n wen I tried registering my you n me no, they told me dt it's already registered, yet they still charge me for my main balance, when I called cc, I was told that I can't register any number that was previously on my family and friends list n I had 7mtn numbers registered. Now my N300 is jus wasting.

miky_mouse: Am using the default YouTube app that came with the phone. I have been playing YouTube videos since I got the phone in march this year, I just noticed this issue about a week ago. Theres no particular error msg.
Check the settings to ensure you have enabled the youtube application to stream over WIFI.

If you intend to use data on the SIM, simply text DATA ON to 131 to enable APN.
Set the APN to:
web.gprs.mtnnigeria. net
username: web
password: web

You may also uninstall and re-download the application.

Have you tried the youtube application for BB?
What app do you use and what's the error when accessing youtube?
You may need to set your application/phone to stream over WIFI.

The N300 is given once weekly after a recharge of N200 or above.
Simply dial *380*1# to add your You & Me number.

The default pin (0000) is for lines that have not activated Share n Sell service.
If you get invalid command when changing the pin, please PM the number for assistance.

Krak: Hello. I cannot detect any data network on my MTN sim. Normal phone network is ok but the problem is the data network.

I use other MTN sims on my devices and they browse alright. Only this particular sim is having that issue.
