falansa: There is no gprs service in my area since 3 weeks ago, but if we move around 2km from the area, we will have access to gprs. This problem started bout 3wks ago and have cost me my monthly subscription of #1,500. We have called customer care but nothing has been done on it. Pls we need urgent attention here. miky_mouse: Am using the default YouTube app that came with the phone. I have been playing YouTube videos since I got the phone in march this year, I just noticed this issue about a week ago. Theres no particular error msg.Check the settings to ensure you have enabled the youtube application to stream over WIFI. If you intend to use data on the SIM, simply text DATA ON to 131 to enable APN. Set the APN to: web.gprs.mtnnigeria. net username: web password: web You may also uninstall and re-download the application. If issue persist, please send your number via private message to us. |
miky_mouse: I use a BB Z10 and currently surfing the net with 5gig data on my MTN WIFIHave you tried the youtube application for BB? What app do you use and what's the error when accessing youtube? You may need to set your application/phone to stream over WIFI. |

aminu150: Please is this N300 given after every recharge of 200 or weekly?The N300 is given once weekly after a recharge of N200 or above. Simply dial *380*1# to add your You & Me number. |
smajatt: no i dont i had but it got wasted since i was not connected but the issue is even with money atleast it should browse, i use tecno n3 and lgp990 and i have tested it on other phones too but still the same. tanxText DATA ON to 131 and restart your phone.
