All Golf III GTI 8 and 16V models come with Plus-running gear, which in layman's terms means they have 5-stud wheels as standard, with 15" wheels as a minimum. This is because the GTI models have larger front brake discs, 280 / 288mm, as opposed to the basic models that have 239 / 256mm. They also have rear disc brakes as standard.

Your car has 239mm front discs, and drum brakes at the rear with 14" steel wheels.

^^try starting it in safe mode. i.e. as it is boothing press f10, select safe mode and enter
from there you either
a) restore to a previous state(run msconfig/tools/system restore) or
b) if you know the location of the virus file( probably C:\DOCUME~\user\haihaep.exe), locate and delete it

Now restart your system normally
