Guys I have an interesting situation.

I opened dispute for an order that was sent by "seller's shipping method" . It never arrived but seller has uploaded evidence showing I already signed for and recieved my order in Nigeria.
A little reverse engineering on the courier website shows that it is a fake tracker and I can prove this easily.
Problem is seller can change the web script if he gets to see my evidence before AliExpress Dispute Team can check it.
I plan to let things play out and if they decide for him( he appears to have won several disputes using this fake tracking) then I will escalate dispute.
My question: Is Dispute escalation still an option and do they allow you to privately upload evidence that the other party will not see?

I have been at Gazzuzz workshop before and I have nothing but praise for the man. I got more service than I paid for and Left his shop satisfied even though kazzem has been taking care of minor fixes since. I cannot be towing my car across lagos just to take advantage of the man. If I could, I have no doubt I will be able to get some free work out of him. 4 months is a long time Baba40, we all want that any work done on our cars will last forever but alas. Nigeria is hard and in my humble opinion, if you approached this from the angle of getting your car to work and not having a confrontation neccesarily, it will all be money well spent.
