TravelRe: How Dangerous Is It For A Foreigner To Visit Nigeria? by jieta: 10:07am On Mar 17, 2022
OhBritannia:
It is very very very dangerous.
Apart from maybe Abuja, trust me no other. Place in NIGERIA is safe.
I repeat no other place in Nigeria is safe even for Nigerians not to talk of foreigners.
This is one thing you should know, Most Nigerians are criminally minded.
The environment has turned them to animals. Even some of the friends of your boyfriend might Just have dangerous motives when they discover you are in Town.
Motives such as kidnap.
Rape without your consent ( when you are unconscious)
If you know the numbers of unconscious rape that goes on in Nigeria daily, you will never step your foot in NIGERIA.
Ladies are being raped unconsciously in hotels clubs, some of these ladies that knows never speak up because the country lack the right tools to catch a rapist.
How do you explain the fact that a sexually enhanced drug is secretly put in your drink as a lady without your knowledge, after sometimes you start feeling heavily horrnyy without self control and you end up having sex with the person or group of men that put the drug in your drink.
After the sex you end up realizing yourself but you can't complain or go to the police because your mind have been made to believe that you gave your consent but deep down you knew something went wrong.
Lots of women in NIGERIA are secretly going through this but they can't speak up because do the Nigeria police have the immediate toolz to determine the things that went into your stomach?
How you going to go to a police station In a rural area to complain of being drugged and made to have sex? Where will the police get the medical equipment to look into your system?
because of this, most ladies don't go to the police.

Actually unconscious rape has become the order of the day in NIGERIA, as i am writing to you now, about a thousand unconscious rape has taken place in NIGERIA and these men will go Scot free.
Not all guys though but majority of the guys are animals, they might end up using juju to lure you away from your boyfriend.

I know foreign women that came to NIGERIA to meet their Nigeria lovers but they end up following a friend of the Nigeria lover. It's not Love or natural, it's juju ( Black magic).
It happens all the time in NIGERIA but they never gets to the news.
There was a True life story that happened in Delta state, a married man brought his white wife to Nigeria for holiday after few weeks the wife was to go back first because of work and the man has an unfinished business in NIGERIA.
So the best friend of the man had to accompany the wife to the international airport in Abuja since the man was attending to an important business in delta.
This is a childhood friend we are talking about.
Lo and behold the white wife never got to USA at the stipulated time.
The best friend of the man made the white woman spent extra 2 weeks in a hotel in Abuja with him before she finally left for America and as we speak today she is pregnant for that best friend and they are both in America.
The husband up till today didn't go back to America because of heartbreak, the good thing is that all his investment is in NIGERIA ( he was a wise man)

My point is that It was clear the lady was under the influence of black magic.
This country Nigeria is 80% controlled by black magic, forget about the many churches you see, black magic is used in excess in NIGERIA, almost nothing is natural from politics to entertainment even to ordinary relationship which is supposed to be natural.
Most NIGERIANS both male and female who thought they are in a loving relationship do not know that they are Under the influence of black magic.

My dear Nigeria is my country but this my country is made up of Animals in human form.
For every bad news being reported on social media, about 1 thousand are being not reported ( bitter truth)
My advise for you is that even if you want to come to Nigeria as a complete foreigner, made sure your security is tight and please don't come alone, if possible come with two or three of your friends and if you can convince your brothers, come with one or two of your brothers.
Nigeria is a jingle, people will do anything to survive, most people are never comfortable.

A word Is enough for the wise.
Buhari is bad, you're God sent.

I just want to talk briefly about Osimhen's performance yesterday. There was a big improvement in his display. Worked more in helping build-up plays and attacked channels better.

One moment that struck me was his attempt at the goal. Unlike how Osimhen plays mostly, in this instance, he changed his direction of movement and went towards the ball. This caused his teammate to send the ball to him.

Then Osimhen combined with another of his teammate with a 1-2 combination and attacked the gap created from his movement to strike at the goal.

Thanks for your reply. Would you recommend illorin to a hutsler? i will appreciate your tips.
like i said earlier, my experience was horrible, but never the less when i got there i lodge in a hotel for about three days i saw a house but the questions where just too much and also as somebody listed up there I saw vacancy in two places.

One in a coca cola shop and another in a nail factory but both ask for a quarator so i could not get both jobs. This was the second time when went there.

The first time i got there it was late in the night i had to pass the night in unilorin, in the morning i move out of the school environment to see what inlorin has for me.

Went to tanke and his environment, trying to familiarize myself with the environment before moving back to the campus it was on my way back at the gate the security men caught me, that was the first day i knew that you don't just walk into a federal University without a means of identification. There question me and could not explain myself very well.

The security men took me to there office i told them why am in the state and my ignorance about federal University unlike state University all fell in deaf ears. There took me to a police station there i spend two nights before i called my sister who came to bail me out.

It may be a bit early.. But here's my preferred 25 man squad list for the double header against Ghana..

Goalkeeper..
I don leave that one for who Sabi..

Defenders

Aina
Ekong
Omeruo
Awazeim
Ebuehi
Balogun (if not fit, to be replaced by Akpogunma)
Ajayi
Sanusi

Midfielders

Ndidi
Etebo
Aribo
Onyeka
Amoo
Nwakali (to be replaced by Bonke if he doesn't start playing again due to club issue)

Forwards

Osimhen
Iheanacho
Dennis
Simon
Lookman
Chukwueze
Onuachu
Awoniyi
You did not include Iwobi on your list.

Forget the Red card he pick in the afcon, Iwobi has always be a big game player and you can tell from his stat with the super eagles.

Recency bias I see
Is he going to bench Simon or Chukwueze?
You must be joking if you think Eguavon & Amunike will drop Musa & Iwobi for the new transplant.
He’d get his chance after the World Cup when Musa retires
There’s really no space for most of these new international switches.
Quote me when we play Ghana
Oga there is space for every player. Atleast lets see what he will bring to the national team.

We have had players like osaze and one of the uche brothers who did very well for the national team but hardly replicate same form in there clubs.

And again if we follow your logic, surely we will let special players slip from us just like how Algeria allow zidane to slip from them.

And I think innoson should try to cut cost of his vehicles at least for average Nigerians to be able to purchase them. Both company are welcome and we want more of it.
I just check the list of innoson cars and there is one of about four million, for my own opinion that's a very good price for a new car.

Yes, I am though I was born a Catholic, and sent to the best Catholic and one of best secondary schools in Nigeria "Order of the Monks - Marist Brothers" just so I could be taken away from my traditional roots because they saw the signs even before my birth. Lol I started serving mass in the Catholic church as a little kid and I served till I left the university( I can still serve till tomorrow, if I wish to because I love it), but then, I knew who I was all along. I love the Catholic church due to its doctrines that somehow align with the teachings of African traditional religion.

I'm not one who trashtalks other religions but I still Accord Christianity its respect because of the Catholic Church.

I just love the traditional way of life where I observe my Chi, Ndi mmiri( what you call the marine world), Ajala(mother Earth), anyanwu na Agbara, onye uwa(incarnate) and others.

Make peace with your Chi and your heart will know enormous peace.
Lol you be things.

I like your perspective, is good we have people who still practice our old traditional way of life.

Hello house, abeg e get issue wey Dey bother me here for the past 1 week now which I would love to share to get opinion and advise

I am in love with a lady whom I wish to settle down with and already visited her place for introduction on the 28th of last month. Her family welcomed me and her father was pleased to see me for the first time saying he have heard a lot about me

Let me say that I hv told a lot of pple of my plans and I must confess that 80% out of 100 warned me seriously not to proceed and if I do that it won’t end well

But the biggest problem now is that the lady in question is from arondizogu in ideato north and many of my kinsmen and relative hv been warning me not to move ahead with my plans on getting married to the lady because of her origin. She is from ndiuche in arondizongu and from my personal findings the result I got about the place is terrifying and at this point I am confused. Hv not been able to sleep for the past few nights

Is there anyone that knows arondizogu very well here?
You remind me of my mom warning to my uncle her junior brother.

She warn him not to marry from TIV tribe he did not listen, he went ahead and got the girl pregnant, my mom take him to the village to my grandma. My grandma told my mom that the woman in question has already give birth to a son for my uncle so there is no need to separate them. My mom objected, she said she has been with this people for more than thirty years she knows the in an out of this people.

My uncle went ahead and marry this woman, when the attack start coming it was unbelievable, first there poison him the same people who welcome him with open hands poison him we rushed him to the village, then when the second attack came he could not with stand it. Although she gave
birth to four boys in a marriage that spam for ten years before my uncle died, two of the boys are with my mum, one with my aunt and the last with her.

I did not mention the part where my uncle was paying money to her wife family every year, i did not even mention the promiscuous life of my uncle wife when he was alive and after his death.

Your kinsmen can't just wake up and say you should not marry from a particular place No! is what there have seen and experience of life makes them took such decision

Your entire write up is based on assumption and history.

I looked at teams in the HERE and NOW looking at team composition and the quality of players they have, with details.

And all you can say is historical form and make assumptions by historical precedent. That's not very intelligent.
Some times you behave like a neonate, if you don't know about the history of the competition how can you make a critical judgement about the teams.

What do you even mean about the Here and Now? is it club football?

Some times i marvel at your so call intelligent.

You really cannot discount what home support can do for you in a tournament like this.

In looking at teams I put aside emotive Favouritism and look at matters as objectively as possible.

I will start from one proviso, all Francophone teams have an advantage over all Anglophone teams. Cameroon like other Francophone countries have direct acces to the French League and that means a huge pool of talent.

But if we are to look at what gives you an advantage it's always quality players and to have 3 outstanding players through the spine of the team is a great advantage.

Onana Ajax goalkeeper alongside Mendy are probably the best African goalkeeper in the World. You can guarantee Cameroon defense will be birthed from French league one like Castelleto at Nantes to name a few. They also have Anguissa in Midfield NOBODY in our squad can compare to him Dude is very good. They have Ekambi from Lyon, Choupa Bayern M., Aboubakar and Basagog can't be ignored. In all depu they have strength in depth.

They are top favourites in my opinion to get to the Finals.

The SE played a local team from Cameroon
Coton Sport FC de Garouab we beat them 2-0 that's not an inspiring result whatever way you look at it.

Senegal have Mendy, Koulibally and Mane to name three top class if not world class players in their squad, I am sorry we are not better than them on paper.

Cote d'Ivoire are not very good in the goalkeeping department. We are better. But it ends their, defender are Éric Bailly , Willy Boly (Wolves) they are very good.

Midfield they have Kessie , Akpro, Bogarde to name a few. Upfront the top goal scorer in the Eredivisie Haller, who is flanked by Pepe and Zaha.

And you truly believe that we are better than Senegal and Cote d'Ivoire. On paper we are absolutely not.

However, it's football it's a cup competition anything can happen. I will admit that inexplicably for too many years Cote d'Ivoire have the players but never seem to achieve. Could this be the year they do huh

Nigeria is not a favourite in my opinion , maybe our never say never " Warri no deh carry last " Spirit may take us past the group stage, but winning it very doubtful.

Nonetheless, I'm screaming for Nigeria to win .
You're using your knowledge of World Cup and European Cup to judge the afcon.

Maybe you should go back to history and read more about the previous champions of the competition, you'll realise that most teams who don't parade big names actually won the trophy than those that have players in big club in Europe

The great Hassan shehatta team won the afcon three times in a row with mostly players in the Egyptian league.

The Senegal, ivory coast with there world class team have three trophy same with us. So what is the essence of having a world class team and you can't dominate your region.

Whenever people want to partake in such shady behaviour, it almost always works against them eventually

Imagine they enter the top 5, only to be paired with DRC, those ones go come win them.

Very shameless of them to want to be this shady.

If they cannot win the teams currently in Top 5, then, they certainly do not deserve that World Cup slot.

The only teams I'm scared of in that Top 5, are Senegal and Algeria, the rest, I no send. I fear Cameroon and Ghana more than I even fear them.
I don't think is possible, no matter how there intend to ring it to there favour.

Egypt will need a good 29 point to leapfrog Nigeria, and there are about eight countries behind Nigeria.
