With regards to Nigeria producing military equipment, we have made good progress, and their is a lot of private sector participation.

However, if we want to really progress, we need to copy the Turkey model. The Turks imported a lot of engineers from around the world from big companies like Boeing, Airbus, Raytheon, Lockheed martin, EADS, from South-Korea also. These engineers built in Turkey and passes on the knowledge to local Turkish engineers. This why you are still very competitive while passing transfer of knowledge.

As the federal government is aiming at diversifying the Nigerian economy from its over reliance on crude oil, bitumen/tar sands has been touted as the next big thing.Nigeria has an estimated reserves of 27bn barrels of oil equivalent of bitumen/tar sands.
Exploration of of bitumen has been stalled numerous times due to different reasons.

Hi,long ago I watched a series "not even sure it was a series" right after watching Jumong and kingdom of the winds.It was a war film like Jumong but most of the fighting was done on the sea and they were trying to take over a fortress on an island.....I've been trying to find the film but couldn't do so...if you can help me with the name of the film I would be very grateful.
