MeeztaSoft, I subscribe to this solution, but with some modifications. Instead of going to the police, threaten to report to her husband with the record evidence if she doesn't desist. If possible, get video evidences also. This solution worked for my dad when he was still a bachelor(though it was his fellow tenant's wife).
