IamAnderson: this is a popular video, I also have it on my phone and I've seen it several times lol BB's hardly reach this size and besides I've seen Caucasians that reached this size. out of 50 BB dogs gathered from different places you won't find 5 that are as big as this if you're lucky.
The Boerboels in the video are average size.....They are Middelpos Alpha who weighed around 80-85kg(about my boys size) and Middelpos Dixie who weighs around 70kg.....
As i said i don't doubt COs reach this size however the Boerboels in the video are nowhere near the biggest
IamAnderson: this is wrong.. you got these numbers from AKC right? there is actually no specific growth limit for giant breeds, the breed standard estimated limit for Caucasians is actually 220lbs while BB is 200lbs akc reports 170lbs but others report 220lbs
I was speaking about average heights and weights....obviously in both breeds you would find individuals that are over 220lbs for example Afrika Sakabuka is 238lbs, Mighty Maximus aurelias is 84cm and over 220lbs........Then there are several others like my Boerboel's brother Chumba who weighs 240lbs(all fat unfortunately) and Liaka Beertjie(My dogs Grandpa) at 210lbs
There are no height or weight limits for the Boerboel.....only minimum heights of 55cm for females and 60cm for males......The weight of a Boerboel is ideally 1cm=1-1.2kg thus minimum weight for a Boerboel male would be 60kgs.
But generally Boerboels average around 65cm-72cm and weigh around 70-80kg....
kikuyu2: Obviously you made a detailed qualitative analysis not copypasting Preschool GFP 'analysis.' May we see your data sets and comparative qualitative methodology-adjusted for size, ofc?
Maybe I should remind you of my feelings towards GFP
jln115: I've always said Global fire power was just a heaping pile of b.s
For obvious reasons I'm not going to post my rankings on this thread but I do believe that their are many more factors like C2 systems, Radar coverage, defence industry, data links ect ect which might or might not be factored when the rankings were done!
Me saying the Nigerian Defence force is more powerful is pretty simple, they have a much bigger force and I don't see any equipment within the Kenyan defence force that would give it any advantage over that of the Nigerian defence force,be it C2, Radar and other systems.
My ranking is not based on training and doctrine as those are much more difficult to quantify.
You are more than welcome to counter my argument and say why you think the Kenyan defense force is more powerful...
AskiaHarem: Your either deluded or have some Low @ss standards then. Windhoek isn't a city it's a glorified Town in the middle of the desert . It ain't bad but it ain't nothing special even by developing world Standards. Not to mention the inequality there is just as bad as South Africa.
I honestly couldn't care what you think..... I've actually been there, as well as many other cities around the world and it ranks up there with the best...
theenchanter: what is road network? What is infrastructure? Is road network not part of infrastructure?
Cleanliness.... I agree.
Road network as in how conjested their roads are, infastructure as in buildings, power, sewage, electrification, water supply internet connection ect ect ect
I think I put Windhoek above Joburg in my Rankings.... Looking back I think that was a mistake!!
Imo the 5 most impressive cities I've been to:
1. Singapore 2. New York 3. Cape Town 4. Windhoek 5. Sydney
Kabe2: There is nothing to agree to disagree. The designation of an equipment in a military service determines it's use.
NNS Karaduwa is a Seaward Defence Boat in Nigeria, in other navies, it is called a Midshore Patrol Boat.
Stop being Stubborn mate we've had this argument before and my point is still that the A109 was, is and never will be an Attack Helicopter simply because you strap rocked pods on to it.
Kabe2: No it's not. The Nigerian Air Forces designates it as a transport helicopter. It's primary role is transportation. It is just armed with a rocket pod.
The A-109K is used primarily to carry out light attack missions, it is designated as an attack helicopter in NAF service. It was purchased to perform that role. It has much more improved engines and avionics to allow it perform that role.
2 different helicopters.
let's just agree to disagree for the sake of the thread
pacretus: ahh!! I knew you were coming along... Well I just wanted those Kenyans to get the picture of what Nigerian artillery looked like, so the artillery part wasn't literal.
But SA artillery hasn't really seen much battle to conclude they are best in the world.
LukasPodolski: I've never been to South Africa, do I need to travel to SA to know what's going on there? NO.
I must confess, SA seems to be on the class of it's own.
To my own estimation, Capetown is the most Developed city in Africa with Jobourg and Nairobi joining the top 5.
The Kibera slum in Nairobi and Khayelitsha Capetown are the biggest slums in Africa, can anyone explain why these mess make up a huge part of these 2 Giant cities? They just like a slap in the face....
How would you guys rate Lagos among African great cities..... Please be honest
pacretus: lol, Nigeria has the most modern main battle tank and artillery in Africa but just subsahara but entire Africa, we build and export naval boats and ships, we export amoured personal carriers to Rwanda and east africa, we produce important parts for our fighter jets, we take our warefare more serious than most African countries, we operate the most modern mi-series attack helicopter in the world.
You there lecture me on welfare when Kenya military duty on rusty iron chairs during meeting, ugly, hungry looking soldiers.
Go get a properly designed military camouflag before competing with even Lesotho.
Bro you have a handful of Vt4 tanks which i'll admit are the most advanced tanks operating in Africa today however your artillery pieces are far from the most modern in Africa also the SPHs you bought are 105mm........SA is king not just in Africa but in the world when it comes to artillery systems.
Also just fyi for those interested, the Nigerian defence force is more powerful than the Kenyan defence force......that's just the facts!
These are not Boerboels.... Only Dogs registered with the SABBS my legally be called and sold as Boerboels..... Or at least that's the Law in South Africa.
Good Boerboels will at the very least cost you around 250k
Apitch: Guys, learn to use the internet when you are not sure Caucasians and Boerboels are both classified as large breeds but the Caucasians weigh slightly higher.
They don't....simply search their breed standards and look for yourself
vincentjk: Really? I didn't know some are bigger but I due know boerboels have a lot of weight tho
Hi Vincent... Tried replying to you yesterday but for some reason the spambot absolutely hates me these last 3 days, getting banned left right and centre for no reason.
Anyway getting back to the point, Caucasians are slightly taller than boerboels however in terms of weight Boerboels are quite alot bigger.....
On average CO are 110-170lbs and Boerboels are 145-200lbs.
Obviously you do get exceptional individuals in both breeds that hit the 220lbs mark
P. S are you still on Instagram? Can't find your page anymore..
Fineman87: Purchase what this guy, I talked about fitting if missiles and equipment are in storage. Didn't you read my posts.
And who told you we have no missiles in storage.
You are not even Nigerian but you sound like you know everything we have.
Please am not here to do South Africa vs Nigeria argument.
What anti ship missiles does the NN have in storage? Otomat Mk1 ASMs which are obsolete?
Also I never mentioned SA in my comment, simply stated the facts which you are so blissfully ignorant about.....even your own countrymen have told you you are wrong!
Fineman87: NNS Thunder and Okpabana, when in US service, had missiles and CIWS. They were stripped down before being gifted to Nigeria.
What makes you think the Nigerian Navy cannot fit missiles on those ships? What of Centenary and Unity, they can all carry missiles at short notice. The navy has skilled radar and missile engineers to do the job within hours.
I didn't say Nigeria can't fit missiles on those ships, however it isn't going to take a few hours as you stated...... 75% of the build cost and time on constructing a ship goes into the battle management system(radar, targeting systems ect ect) .... Thus it would take months if not years to rearm those ships with missiles.... Never mind the fact that the NN would first need to purchase missiles as it has none at the moment
