let A, B and C be three EH applicants competing for the same position.
A, B and C had 2.1, first class and 2.1 respectively.
A, B and C are from the same state.
Only B has a masters degree but A and C are COREN Registered.
C is a member of both ASME and ASNT.
A has 12yrs experience with 7yrs of it relevant to the job.
B has 7 yrs experience with 4yrs relevant to the job.
C has 6yrs plus experience all relevant to the job.
Question;
1. If all three candidate have very strong connect, who do you think would be considered for the post?
2. If all three candidates have no connect, who is most likely to be considered?
3. If B is the only one with connect, who is likely to be considered?

Well the best we can do is to continue speculating until the next directive/mail drops.

After the first batch of mails dropped, most of those that received mails during the second mail dispatch had literally lost hope and moved on sef nursing their pains. It was only until @Scheme124 came in and gave us the gist that after reviewing the documents of the first batch applicants, a couple didn't meet the requirement and a possible second batch for upload could be in the offing.

True to that assertion, a second batch mail was sent. Our assumptions then became that, the second batch was to enable the team have a sizeable poll to select and pick from.

At this point, the best is to keep hope alive and trust the Almighty to come through for us.
@Scheme124 and @leksure you guys have done tremendously well and also not forgetting @Sanprecious, @Newcastle and co.; if you guys have any additional info on possible criteria used for screening applicants after uploads, you guys can kindly share.

One info that's corroborating though from most sources is that Interviews might hold either April 3rd/4th week/May. What that means is that interview invites should drop at least a week to the schedule.

So do the Mathematics yourself, that points you to 2nd week of April for possible mails to drop.

Age issue affected most of the GT applicants while career progressive layer affected most of the EH as decuments (uploaded decuments) review is over. Most of the GT forged their age to scale through while EH does nt have good career progressive layer as far relevance working experience wether in government or private agency. All the best to everyone. Finger crossed!

That's an interesting stats oooooooooO, by most are we talking like 50% or so of those sent email to update their info.
We hope for the best and just like @Jasonex wished that the sample for shortlisting should be increased at least.
