This is competition involving 16 countries, same pressure apply to all player and nobody want to make mistake. Take it or leave one team always emerge victorious. Last edition who believe that Zambia will be crowned the champions?

Is better to start bad do well in future, than start well and fumble in future.

Christianity EtcHas God Ever Answered Your Prayers Instantly? by Jluvu(op): 7:44pm On Oct 21, 2012
if yes, kindly share with us. Mine was when i was still an adolescent, it was during festive period Xmas to be precise, My father gave me 300 Naira on a Tuesday to collect my clothe and that of my younger brothers from the tailor on a Saturday desame week as He left for Warri, something happened the following day, i stumbled into an open air crusade near my sreet some how i stood and listened to the sermon, the MOG preached on giving and sowing of seed i was so touched by the message that i gave 100 naira as a seed believing that i will get 100 fold of what i gave that night or before that saturday. The crusade ended on a Friday night, still nothing happened to my financial expectation the following morning was the morning i was to see the tailor infarct that Friday night was the shortest night of my life then i stayed awake all night. I was not able to tell My Mum how do i start what lie would i had told Her. As early AS 7 a.m she hurriedly woke me and reminded me of the appointment with the tailor, at that point i almost had a heart attack. as i left for the tailor´s workshop, i was moving like someone who was going to face a firing squad, as i moved i suspected every one that walked passed me to be an Angel coming to give me money. But not withstanding something kept pushing me to the tailor´s place even though i had in mind to visit my Aunt at her shop if i could get help. about 200m to the tailor´shop i branched under a tree spent close to an hour thinking of a lie to tell, some how i just said this short prayer "please God help me i am in big trouble please God help me" in Jesus Name"as at then the balance i had from the 300 naira was just N160. I left under the tree to the tailor´s shop more confused. Immediately i got to the the tailor´s shop, something that i will never ever forget till i die happened, the tailor just said to me(NA YOU I DEY WAIT FOR SINCE I FOR DON LOCK UP MY SHOP. OYA BRING 160 NAIRA)instead of the 300 he bargained with my dad. and that was all i had on me, as i was giving him the money i was shaking seriously that the man asked if i was okey, he thought i had fever. that was how i got back home with our XMAS clothes and the very first time i experienced God´s instant answer to prayers.

PoliticsRe: Fani-Kayode: Yorubas Won The Civil War For Nigeria by Jluvu: 2:06pm On Aug 14, 2012
It happened to ABIOLA(MKO) IBB fooled them again.

onomeasike: if you read the history of the Yorubas, you will know they are naturally gifted in the art of war. They even had their own civil war before the Nigerian civil war!they constitute the greatest number of Africans recruited by britian for the first world war(see BURMA BOY by Philip Barnaby of Aljazeera.Clearly, they are more war-tested than their southern neighbours. It is not an accident that even the biafran forces that made the greatest impact in the biafran war was led by a Yorubaman shocked shocked shocked.Clearly, that it took the Yoruba stopping him was not an accident.A northerner would never had matched the sophistry of Banjo!!

As regards the point where Fani-kayode refered to Awo,clearly, that is an attempt to denigrate Awo.Awo participated in Gowon's govt after Gowon promised to conduct elections and transfer power to the politicians. How Fani-kayode now decietfully infered that the patriotic request Awo made to Gowon automatically means that Awo was promised the presidency is typical Fani-kayode's loquacious personae. If Awo wanted to be the president at all cost,he would not have resigned from Gowon's govt.
PoliticsRe: Fani-Kayode: Yorubas Won The Civil War For Nigeria by Jluvu: 2:00pm On Aug 14, 2012
very true my brother.
Onlytruth: The truth cannot be complete if a lie is deliberately sandwiched in between.
The quote below is PURE LIE.

The 3rd Marine co was handed over and COMMANDED (for show of unity by the rest of Nigeria against Biafra) by the Yoruba sons, just to command. Nothing more.
The overwhelming majority of its FOOT SOLDIERS were Middle belt, core North (even Chadians! ) and some minorities from Edo/Delta states.
One can argue that the commanders may have done a good job, though I personally think that Biafras lack of international support (which would have delievered the strategic weapons) led to Biafra's defeat. Biafrans fought almost bare handed against a well equipped Nigerian invading force.
If the Biafrans had a viable Navy (the type I would like), nobody would have left the west for Eastern flanks during the war. The march by the Biafran expeditionary force would have been unnecessary because the troops would simply be amphibiously landed in Lagos and from there chase Northern troops to the Northern borders with Chad and Niger republics.

It is time Yoruba elite stop lying to themselves. They should face the North and leave us out of their problems because we are facing our own problems.
I thank them in advance!
