Also an uncle who is a citizen of US and earns over 100k usd was ready to stand as sponsor for me, although he doesn't have the 40m in his account, but he'd prepare a letter of sponsorship explaining that he is committed to sponsor me through his earnings and his 410k retirement benefits of over 40k use and he will provide those legal documents and demonstrate he has been supporting me.

Do you people think that can work or what is the alternative please?

I don't think that program is eligible for PAL in that province, and PGWP. If your interest is in college, ensure to confirm if the program is eligible for PAL within the province.

After she submitted, we went and did the medicals, she received document number 1, that is the proof of medicals done, (please note that, she didn’t receive notification from IRCC to do this), she is not in Nigeria, so the medical was done within 2 days and sent to the embassy, the doctor sent her the document with the completed medicals. (Let’s call this document number 2)

Not in all cases you will be ask to show POF at port of entry, but it is same amount your sponsor show during your study permit application.

You can either apply for a visitor's visa or a study permit. Since they are minors the policy is not applicable to them and they don't need admission. You only add CAC or tax if the company belongs to you. showing an SOA for your salary will suffix for all these but if your company pays in case or cheque then they can send you evidence to cover for that. Such as company salary invoices because they must have a record of monthly salary being paid.

Those are the major documents you will obtain from your office, including a reference letter, and your payslip. is your office in agreement to sponsor your family or just you? If the sponsorship is just for you then you will need to cover your family expenses yourself.
