I'm sorry to hear about your refusal. Dealing with such issues can be quite frustrating. If you'd like, I will go through the details of your refusal letter to better understand the reasons and explore potential steps to address them. 1. Proof of fund: The visa officer must be persuaded that the cash you possess is readily available for your purpose. Make sure that the documentation demonstrates your access to this money. Even with sufficient evidence, presentation or clarity might be important. 2. Source of Funds: Inheritance funds should be well-documented with strong legal documentation. Ensure that any inheritance-related paperwork is properly notarized and translated, if necessary. For business earnings, your company's financial records, tax reports, and proof of ownership/directorship must be precise and up to date. 3. Ties to Home Country: Demonstrating strong ties to your home country can be crucial. This includes property ownership, familial ties, and other commitments requiring your return. Jackto365: |

The reason it has not been updated is because the applicant didn't include the UCI number, it will update, someone did her biometric since 2019 and forget all details after submission it took days for the system to update it. so be calm Ajebogirl: |

I don't think that program is eligible for PAL in that province, and PGWP. If your interest is in college, ensure to confirm if the program is eligible for PAL within the province. ev4real: |

You can either apply for a visitor's visa or a study permit. Since they are minors the policy is not applicable to them and they don't need admission. For minors attending primary or secondary school (high school), a study permit is required when applying outside of Canada. check this link for details https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/minor-children.html b4biodun: 1 Like |

You only add CAC or tax if the company belongs to you. showing an SOA for your salary will suffix for all these but if your company pays in case or cheque then they can send you evidence to cover for that. Such as company salary invoices because they must have a record of monthly salary being paid. LordCenturion: |

Those are the major documents you will obtain from your office, including a reference letter, and your payslip. is your office in agreement to sponsor your family or just you? If the sponsorship is just for you then you will need to cover your family expenses yourself. olusola2bello: |
