Did she respond to what the sister is doing in the US? Home ties include gainful employment, family, and properties (this can also be assets).

Before you apply check the school requirements and you can send the admission team a msg about any concerns you have they will respond. quote author=Poormanpikin post=133296130]Good evening ladies and gentlemen,
I hold a diploma in law and I want to use this result to apply to an institution in the US for a four year program, will I be accepted into year 3?
Which of the loan companies did you use? Was your admission conditional? If you plan to reapply explain the loan and give a comprehensive repayment plan on your letter of explanation. if the loan covers for the tuition only, no matter the amount then you need to show living expenses and miscellaneous funds.
alphavictor07: I have attached my refusal letter and GCMS note below:
If you have receive your GCMS note can you share on the thread, so all to see and make comments.
alphavictor07: Thank you for your response. In my previous application, I submitted all the documents you mentioned for sponsor's . Additionally, I provided a loan approval for 110,000 CAD, which was sufficient to cover all of my tution fees and expenses. My tuition fee for the first year is 31,000 CAD. Along with this, I also included a property valuation report indicating assets worth 350,000 CAD. However, I noticed that the sanction letter for the loan was not specifically mentioned in the GCMS notes. Could this imply that the visa officer may have overlooked it? I am wondering if this omission could have affected the assessment of my application. attached my refusal letter if it helps to come to any conclusion.
Yes to the first, if you have paid any amount for tuition fee then you can deduct it from the total tuition fee, more importantly you must attach a proof of any tuition fee paid. Ensure to add miscellaneous fund of 3kCAD to 5KCAD
D4real9: Thank you. Please if my tuition fee is 20k CAD and I’ve Paid 2k tuition deposit, should I demonstrate the remainder(18k cad) + Living expenses in the pof or the total 20k CAD + Living expenses in the pof? Despite paying tuition deposit of 2k CAD
The funds that are required are dependent on your tuition fee, but here is how to determine POF POF = tuition fee + living expenses (21,000CAD) + miscellaneous (3,000CAD) This is for a 1-year program.
It won't be easy to transition from non-science to practical nursing because you don't meet the basic requirement to be offered admission. A practical nursing program in Canada often demands a foundational understanding of biology, chemistry, and mathematics, which was not part of your previous education. Research colleges offering practical nursing programs and carefully review their prerequisites. Many colleges offer preparatory or foundational courses designed for students transitioning to healthcare. Enrolling in one of these programs can help you meet the admission requirements for Practical Nursing. If the transition proves too difficult, consider other healthcare programs that align with your current qualifications, such as healthcare administration. Be prepared for rejection
governorudeh: Hello @Justwise and other gurus in the house.
I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in a non-science course. Currently, I am planning to study practical nursing in a college in Canada.
Is there any advice or heads up you have to give me?
Hello, sorry for the delay knowing the anxiety the process might have caused you. You can send a webform

1. Generally, a Spouse Open Work Permit (SOWP) is tied to the primary applicant's study permit and active enrollment in a Designated Learning Institution (DLI). If the primary applicant (the student) defers their program after arriving in Canada, this could have implications for both the study permit and the SOWP
2. The timeframe is not determined
3. No, generally if you are from an English-speaking country you don't need to show your proficiency in English by taking the test.
The name of the depositor doesn't matter; since the funds are a lump sum, you should explain and attach all necessary documents to back it up.
vickgrad: People of maple wood I suspect this questions must have been previously answered, but I will like to ask again.
I have a lump sum of about 40% of my PoF deposited in my account
However this deposit was from a result of selling a percentage of my business
I have the sales agreement and cac documents too back this up,
However the depositors name is not the same as the buyers name in the sales agreement,
And I’m scared because I don’t Have any document to connect the depositor to the buyer as he said he was going to ask his assistance to make the deposit..
I wouldn’t Have Known if not that I was cross checking all my document
Note: name is only visible in SOA, Can I just request Reference letter and put a LOE for the large funds that reflected September?
Since you have 3 years of experience in IT, they will accept you. You can message the admission team before submitting any application. Check this video it will help you understand career progression
Since it is a University you don't need to pay tuition fees before applying for a Study permit. Doing GIC will be good if you can. More importantly, Canada's new policy for PGWP issuance will take effect from tomorrow 1-Nov-2024, this means the policy will apply to you so please ensure your program is eligible to issue you PGWP after your studies although this depends on your goals.

Hello mightylove21, Here is how you should respond if ask the question; My firm is funding my education because they see the significance of the particular skills and information I will obtain, which will assist our team and future initiatives. As I'll be studying [particular subject or program], this matches nicely with the aims of my department and will allow me to contribute in more advanced ways when I return. My firm sees my sponsorship as a strategic investment, since I will use the information I gain to improve our work, provide fresh insights to current initiatives, and help the team reach its goals more successfully."
