FamilyRe: His Wife Is Selfishly Asking For Joint Bank Account. by joa2013: 6:54pm On Sep 03, 2017
You need a lot of wisdom to live successfully with a woman. Many a times they could be irrational. Many churches preach this joint account thing, I always say it, there is no general formulae for successful marriage, it takes those involved, wife and husband to formulate their own formulae, it is a couple who have great understanding of themselves and can unreservedly submit to themselves that can practise joint account, Lawrence should find ways of carrying his wife along even without joint account for peace to reign in that home.

GRADUALLY THE TRUTH IS COMING OUT......
An NIA staff (on anonymity) has revealed that the Money found at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos State belongs to former President GEJ's family. He said the Building belongs to Mu'azu, the apartment was bought in Tony Anineh's daughter's name. She has two apartment in the building on her name.
As the Money was discovered, GEJ's aide called to brief GEJ on the status of the Money; PGEJ's immediately calls FFK to handle the media on the fallout. On that note, FFK called Fayose and Wike and the three musketeers agreed that Fayose's staff should immediately link the money to Amaechi to distract Nigerians while they planned on the next action.
Immediately Lare Olayinka (Fayose's staff) announced Amaechi as the owner of the Money. Thereafter, FFK and Wike joined. Wike spoke to Wole Olanipekun SAN to join the plot, while they bought time.
During which, GEJ was able to convince DG NIA, to return favour to him by claiming that the money belonged to the Agency, kept for covert operations.
A lot more revelations will be made on this as soon as all the records and call logs are obtained.

FamilyI Can't Resist My Secretary by joa2013(op): 5:44pm On Mar 17, 2017
I am acting head of my section in my workplace. My boss travelled out for a training since January. He won't return till October. A new secretary was employed by the organisation in November last year, she was posted to work in my section late January when our former secretary secured a job elsewhere. Laura is the most beautiful woman I have seen in my life. At just 37, she is a single mother of two, her husband died in a car crash in 2014. She isn't taking remarriage serious at the moment. She is busty, curvy, with good shapes, beautiful straight legs, elegant gait, angelic voice and eyeballs. I can't resist her. She relates so freely and with great respect for me. She does her works with great care and full of initiatives. I'm already going personal with her, I patted her in the back and kissed her in the office 3 days ago, she didn't resist it, I quickly cautioned myself that day, I would have gone further. She will wait for me to drop her at her street's junction every evening, we have started sharing romantic messages on waatsaapp, I decided to give her an assignment outside outside the office today so that I can escape her, she just send me a message now that she can't come back to the office, this gladden my heart but she added that we'll see by weekend. I must confess I am failing in resisting this daughter of eve o.
My wife
My family
My children etc
I am bothered about so many things that adultery could bring.
I don't know what to do.o

olajorn:
what is 50k for Someone that Have a family
That 50k is for the least paid constable recruited with school certificate. That's the salary of a fresh degree holder in most state ministries and agencies. An ASP in the police force in Nigeria is equivalent of a fresh degree graduate employed by federal/state ministries. An ASP earns about N120k/month as against about 80k for graduates employed by federal government and 55-65k for states depending on the state. Police salaries in Nigeria isn't enough really but not bad when compared with national average. Lowest cadre of university lecturers, i.e. graduate assistant earn less than a police ASP in Nigeria.

Pastor Ituah Ighodalo left RCCG for this reason. His wife divorced him, she married another man against all the pleas from leaders of the church, RCCG now said the man of God cannot remarry since the wife who divorced him is still alive, the pastor needed a woman in his life, he remarried and left RCCG for good. I judge no one please.
FamilyShe Want Me To Help Reconcile Her And Her Fiancé, How Do I Go About It. by joa2013(op): 1:30am On Dec 30, 2016
My secretary Clara has been dull and unexcited in the office of late, this has been affecting her performance. A little discussion with her revealed that her fiancé called it quit with her on 15 December. She asked if I could talk to Mike since she introduced him to me before, I obliged. She forwarded the message Mike sent to call off the relationship to me, it reads

"you're only looking for a man who will help fund your vainglorious lifestyle while I'm seriously looking for a wife; we aren't at par with each other, I have moved on, wishing you well in all future endeavours".

Having read this, I became confused, how do I handle Mike with this situation? I'm not so good in relationship matters, I married the most prudent woman on earth, she manages everyone, including myself. Can someone help Clara out?
EducationRe: 7 Benefits Of Attending A Public University by joa2013: 4:13pm On Apr 26, 2016
CaptainECole:
Here in Nigeria, there are two categories of universities,
—Public Universities
—Private Universities
But my focus is on the former. According to statistics by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board ,over 95% of Nigerian admission seekers fill in for Public universities with Federal schools having the highest chunk, they has to be a reason for this one-sided imbalance, the reasons are not far fetched. Simply because there are lots of benefits attached to attending a public university. Here are the benefits:-
1.Rigorous Entry Process :-No doubt, when seeking admission to a public university, you're faced with a lot of competition, and difficult post ume exams, this in turn brings out the best in you as a student, because you're in a position where it has now become survival of the fittest. Compared to private universities where one can easily gain admission and probably makes a student become lazy. This makes public schools admit the best students.
2.Quality Academic Standards :Like it or not, public schools have the best facilities for teaching, research, projects, practicals and so on. You as a student tend to benefit a lot from this, because the better the school standard, the better your standard as a student.
3.Acceptance of Certificates : This cannot be over-emphasized,a graduate of a public university will always stand a better chance against a private university graduate in the labour market, because it is verified that public school students go through rigorous teaching and they sweat to get good grades and a good result. A graduate of UI will always stand a better chance against a graduate of Babcock.
4. Healthy Competition :In an average public university, where they are many students in a department, as a student, you're faced with competition from your coursemates, and you're faced with having to pass that strict lecturer's course. this makes the students read regularly, read in the library, read at night and even attend all lectures. In other terms,it builds you as a student, unlike in private university where the students are few so the competition is not high and one can easily scale through.
5. Research :Most mind-blowing research are being conducted by public universities, research which leads to breakthrough in a particular problem ranging from the medical field to engineering and technology. We've read news of ABU engineering students making drones,UBTH medical staff conducting kidney transplant, Unizik students making a mini bus and many others. This can only be achieved through quality research and analysis and thesis, not just by classroom teaching. In the business field, the research could proffer solutions to Nigeria's economic and financial problems and proffer economic advices too
6.Variety of Courses :In public universities, you have a huge bouquet of courses to choose from, whether in arts or science. Compared to private unis, how many of them offer Medicine and Surgery, few! how many of them offer Engineering ,few! and other sensitive courses like Geology, Radiography and so on. This is definitely a benefit on the side of public university students.
You'll always wanna study your dream course and therefore you have to pursue your dream, don't you?
7. Quality of Teachers : I've seen a lot of highly qualified teachers in public schools, you find a lot of professors, associate professors,MSc holders and even Emeritus. This tells you that definitely, quality education will be delivered as compared to the private universities which have limited or no professors. Therefore a student stand to gain a lot from their highly qualified lecturers.

No offence to those in private schools, they are good schools too,but one must be better than the other. Ironically, some of the best schools in the world are private, from the Ivy League institutions like Princeton University, Yale University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology to the Oxbridge institutions of Oxford University and Cambridge University. But here locally, the public schools remains the best options as most private schools lack adequate infrastructure and course accreditation, some are still very young and not well grounded.. compare that to Oxford University which is over 3 centuries old,the oldest university in the English-speaking world,or to Havard University which was established in the 18th century .. So the experience and history of a university plays a huge role in it's development.
And our public universities have been there long enough to earn these acknowledgement.
I doubt if this op have ever been to Covenant University, Ota, a visit and interraction with the faculties and students will give you a pointer to the fact that some private universities are far better than the so-called public universities. I attended FUNAAB/FUTA for Bachelor/Masters though.

I am a software developer, I create amazing things for companies; I have a good portfolio of projects I have developed, my applications are used my hundreds of thousand of Nigerians. I prefer to keep a low profile and my identity hidden.
I'm presently working for a start-up company that has a very huge prospect. This is my Six(6) months of employment and I developed an amazing web portal for the company in the said time. Truth of the matter, no one believed the web portal was ever done in Nigeria because businessmen/employer in the business or domain underestimate local talents; their believe so much in Indian/US software developers. I stopped the company from paying $68,000 to software development company in India. The web portal is now LIVE. grin and we're having huge traffic and good remark about the website.
My CHALLENGE
My currently earning about N200K monthly, and our competitor is offering me a N350K monthly. My boss found out about the offer and call me to a man-to-man private meeting and offer me a N50K salary increment, housing allowance of N500K yearly and 2Week vacation to Dubai.

I presently work in Abuja, while the offer is in Lagos. I love Abuja, but I have feelings for the N350K offer. grin grin
Am afraid of moving to Lagos due to family problems, however it can be prevented If i stay away. Also am still an undergraduate, although I can transfer my study centre to Lagos.

PLS ADVICE
Should I stay with my current employer or move with the new offer?

Pls ignore my typos. Thanks.
Doubt the truthfulness of your claim, where in Nigeria will an undergraduate earn N200k per month? Perhaps you aren't telling us other qualifications or competencies you've acquired before now.

PoliticsFCT Election: PDP Loses Out As APC Wins Five Seats by joa2013(op): 9:56pm On Apr 14, 2016
The All Progressives Congress showed superiority over its arch-rival, the Peoples Democratic Party as it emerged winners in Wednesday’s rerun elections in four Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The PDP, which was the dominant party at the councils, lost at all the six area councils where the election was eventually conducted. The Independent National Electoral Commission had earlier announced the result of two other area councils on Sunday, a day after the election was conducted. The result of the election showed that the relatively unknown political party, the All Progressive Grand Alliance emerged winner in one of the area councils. Council where rerun elections were held were Abuja Municipal Area Council, Kuje, Abaji and Gwagwalada. They commission had on Sunday declared elections in these councils as inconclusive. INEC said it declared the elections inconclusive as a result of violence, over voting and non- use of Smart Card Readers or accreditation of voters, and ordered a rerun in 39 polling units in 20 Registration Areas. In the result released on Thursday, INEC declared the APC candidate, Ibrahim Adamu Candido winner of AMAC with 27, 482 votes. Also in Kuje Area Council, Abdullahi Galadima of APC won with 15, 175 votes while Joseph Shazih won in Kwali Area Council with 15, 309 votes. The party’s candidates also won in Bwari and Abaji Area Councils. However, APGA’s candidate, Adamu Mustapha was declared chairman-elect of Gwagwalada Area council with 15, 950 votes. He defeated the candidate of APC, Abubakar Jubril who got 14,569 votes. The PDP, which won five Area Councils in 2013, could not win any chairmanship position in the election this year. Senate Minority Whip, Senator Philip Aduda, who represented FCT in the Senate on the platform of PDP, alleged sabotage against the party. He alleged that there were reports of sabotage against his party. Aduda said, “We know that there are lots of sabotages that are being put in place so that there are delay so that where we have strongholds we might not have the opportunity and all that.” www.punchng.com/fct-election-pdp-loses-out-as-apc-wins-five-seats/
