Shoaze: Please what is IVY League Ivy League is a collegiate athletic conference comprising sports team from eight private unis in Northeastern u.s. The conference name is also commonly used to refer to those eight as a group beyond the sport context. The eight schools include Brown uni, Columbia uni, Cornell uni, Dartmouth college, Harvard uni, Princeton uni, Yale uni and Uni of Pennysylvania. The term Ivy League has connotations of academic excellence, selectivity in admissions and social elitism. |

nestkojex: I think it's ranked 45. Their admission is tough. And they require transcript evaluation after demanding that your school send your transcript to them. The process is tedious. But you can still try it out which one of them |

k199192: I need advice as I dan taya for google. I applied to a school twice for two different programs... Msc Computer Science and Msc Management and information tech. But I was declined twice too. All for this fall semester. The reason they gave for the former was that I don't have some prerequisite courses on my transcript for the program and the reason for the latter was GPA. I called the school to tell them that my GPA is quite competitive but the "sabi sabi" person that received the call said "WES inflates GPA for reasons best known to them". I evaluated my GPA with WES and it turned out to be 3.28/4 (me sef surprise considering that my GPA was 3.54/5). my GRE score is 291 and 3.5 in AW.. Abeg, gurus in the house prescribe school for D boy o. I dan taya for google. I am interested in computer science or Management info tech. Thank you in advance
I plan to apply for the spring term. Insha Allah apply to MIT na |

Teedawg: luck?? if he really knows what he wants, he doesn't need to apply 10 schools. he's gonna loose focus you are kind of mixing it up yourself, even if he wants to apply to 20 schools it's not bad, one thing he knows is that there is a school that captivates him more than the rest and that's where he wants to go, he isn't going to lose focus just that he has to have plan B incase plan A doesn't work out |

phawwaz: that was the university my agent who is a professor in US told me jus so u know im 16 hmmm it was my dream to study in a us based school since i was in j.s.s1. And i started researching about them even before i entered s.s1 i have a list of schools am applying to though i have decided to go as a transfer student. My point is rely on God and do a lot of research you will find what you want and not someone giving you what you may not like later on, you are not going to be a kid for ever that you won't be able to look after urself |
