Billyonaire:So Secondary School Principal's office should be the worst and hence subject of public ridicule by those trained by the principals.?. God open the eyes of our governments at various levels to bring back the glory once attached to teaching. Amen. |
A excanny:Colo mentality as Late Fela said. If the students are Yoruba, they should not speak their Mother - tongue but European languages. Can you tell a Briton not to speak English but Yoruba? You need a new orientation. No language is superior to others. Mother tongue helps in easy acquisition of other languages. |
The OP should have illustrated with pictures to aid his explanation. Relevant instructional materials concretized learning and plant it in the mind of learners. |
80 % of the single honour graduates are more likely to end up in classroom as teachers. It could have been better if they combine education with their course from beginning. They usually end in pursuing PGDE. OP do not mind those assuring you of jobs in UNO, Oil and Gas, Embassies and the likes. Your chance of securing job there is slim. Most of those that read the course and graduated before you are teachers. You are more likely to get job as English teacher either in a secondary or tertiary institution. If you wish for the latter, you should be ready to go for Master in the same field. |
eph12:Are you talking of the population of the unemployed or the general population?. There is no perfect approach, we just need to adopt one and be guided by our conscience. |
I am surprise that some people are advising the OP to go for BC in order to boost his CV. Are you advising him to continue seeking for one job after another for life? You stay in a job and build your carrier there. Please OP do not choose BC so that when you are no more there your CV will be attractive. Choose a permanent and pensionable job for the sake of future. Remember there will come a time that age will not be on your side again, no matter the richness of your CV |
Please a learned Islamic scholar should please educate me on this: Did Islam allows acting? |
Did Islam permits acting? If no those judging her are also guilty. |
The attitude of nurses in public hospitals is a major cause. Most of them are not caring, rude and incompetent. Some behave like blood sucking witches. |
ItsQuinn:He was educated but in the process became miseducated |
Are we saying that whoever must practice in the so called Kannywood must be a Muslim and be abided by Islamic tenets? |
U ificatchmodeh:So Mimiko is a better rigger. Let it be confirmed in the next election. |
KKKWHITE:And your wailing continue |
Let Dino be the first to start the slaughtering. That is leadership by example Then other will have the gut to follow him. |
AutoJoshNG:New one or tokunbo or are you just scaring us? |
abobakucannibal:IPOB cannot complain without attaching NIger Deltans to their bitterness. The fact that a single Yoruba man did this is not an indication that the whole Yoruba hate Ijaws. They may hate the coward OSU's because flat - heads also hate other Nigerians but definitely not IJAWS. Fight your Biafra battle alone, stop attaching your useless grudges with other ethnic nationalities. A case of ajegbodo... |
This is not new, it has been in operation since, I think last year. |
einsteino:Tell us the side effects of aphrodisiacs and pills so that those who use them may know the consequences and take a decision. |
The police that arrested him, the DPO of the station, the Prosecutor and even the judge are more likely to have more charms than the suspects. Most Nigerians believe in potency of juju as not all charms are used for negative purposes. The spate of kidnapping rampant nowadays may be responsible for the police action of arresting him. Criminals do use bad charms in their nefarious activities. Though possession of charms is not a crime yet we should not allowed those suspected of possessing negatively one to roam our streets. |
Who is the imposed candidate? |
What of " Yam - pepper scattered - scattered" (Isu - a - ta - yan - an - yan - an) which recently appeared in English dictionary but is gradually disappearing among the Yoruba speakers. |
I expect the IPOB to react to their adopted son and Biafra President - in - waiting saga. |
Rubbish, What of NTI that was in existence before NECO which is always headed by northerners as if it is their birth right? UBEC was once headed by a Southerner at inception, since then the north has colonised it. A Southerner has never be executive secretary of NCCE. TETfund has always being headed by northerners since inception. Almost all parastatals of Federal ministry of Education are being headed by northerners without protest from the south and I feel that is how it should be. We should treat ourselves as brothers not embarking on useless protests over appointments. |
Tayo was good to Yorubas when he was in Yola. Eno was a model of a woman among us in FCEY. A combination Worthy of emulation. A family that deserved leadership with example. I do not know much about Ondo politics as I am from Oyo but I know of Tayo Gegedes as a trustworthy combination. A family is a reflection of a society. There is every tendency that a leader of a good family will be a good leader in a a larger society. Give it to Tayo please. |
You people need to be patient. There are due processes to follow for recruitment. It must be advertised in the dailies and agencies liike Federal Character Commission must be involved. I do not think this government will like to be involved in another CBN recruitment scandal again. Peace corp is under the process of being legalised but not yet. Those who paid and trained for FERMA job in Lagos those days must have learnt their lesson now. Whoever call himself a commandant now is likely to be a fraudster as government is yet to appoint any since the corp is still under incubation. Falling mugu to this trick is not a risk but foolishness |
Johnnwokolo:This is the gospel truth. Who is in charge now and collecting money when government is yet to take over? With the level of unemployment in the country now, there is every possibility that the number of corps that this self - imposed commandants might have recruited will be far above the number the government will be willing to absorb into the corp when government takes over. |
A bit confusing. Is Alvan Ikoku the only Federal COE that will be annexed to proximate University?. Is Bayelsa not having a Federal University? Would the COEs be offering degree programme under the affiliated universities or they will still be restricted to NCE.? How would the HND holders that have suffered under the formal system be compensated? Many questions that deserved answers. |
herzern:So God has not been picking your calls since. Thank God for what He has being doing for you so as to receive, even more, than the post of a Councillor. |
adwem2003:The university will soon do inter house sport. |
Obesere as the best in Fuji? Before or now? What did one man record Musiliu Isola Haruna contributed? City People is gradually becoming Lazy people. |
Religion should be a personal thing. You should not trouble others with your choice. I advise you to be a committed Muslim not a muslim merely by name as you were likely a christian by mere name before. Focus and worship God not seeking for publicity in the name of religion. |
This nation will not fail. Nigeria will not fall. There will be no economic recession IJn. Only wailers and IPOB will have reasons to regret. Amen. |
