NinjaXmetahuman: both.
Abi Wenger managed another club after leaving arsenal ni?! We are relating it to fraudiola though.
Wenger managed the club for 22 years and failed to qualify for top 4 twice yeah? But that was it. It's enough to get him sacked.
The argument is not about arsenal or Wenger though.. just an example.
Fraudiola spent 1.5 billion 6 years and managed to go trophyless twice (with caraboa being the only thing he showed for the second one) and almost went trophyless again this year if Gerald hadn't sl8pped again. But he is still managing man city and he is being called greatest manager of all time.
Isn't that madness? It depends. Not saying he's the greatest manager of all time tho, but is there any season (apart from the first season) in which guardiola didn't compete for the league or win a trophy? |

kokaneprodigy: In 9 seasons in EPL, The only individual award he ever got was player of the month and he got it once.
Giroud spent 9 seasons and was never in contention for golden boot, was never in top 3 goal scorers in a season. Good Lawd! Lol... This was someone who had prime ozil, prime cazorla and prime Sanchez in his time here. All trio masters of giving final passes and quality chances. That's the top striker that Spy says we were very lucky to have and we should always value him |

Giroud has 90 goals in 9 seasons (Arsenal+Chelsea) in EPL.
I repeat he’s below average. Lol.. that's an average of 10goals per season Top striker indeed |

Spy360: Giroud us not average. It's his skillset and pattern that Arsenal fans dislike or rather don't understand: once an Arsenal striker doesn't resemble Henry, he can't please Arsenal fans. The problem isn't Giroud but the fans who can't see beyond Henry.
The same mentality was used in judging the likes of Guen, Xhaka, etc if he doesn't play like Cazorla he isn't good. Someone Is average, no need typing epistles. Saka that almost everyone loves in this forum no dey like Sanchez, pires or ljumberg. Same as Odegaard or others. All these ones you're saying about we looking giroud with Henry's eyes is just you formulating it in your head. Anything to make excuses for giroud I guess |

mostob: I still think Wenger was at fault for that league we lost to leceister city. I'm really happy for Giroud TBH. Giroud in French squad that won the WC was not the focal point. There were Frizzy,Mbappe,Kante and others. At arsenal, Wenger made him the focal point even when it was glaring that he lacks some important qualities. Giroud is best suited for plan B so Wenger should be blamed for not getting a proper striker in that January transfer window. Wenger singlehandedly lost that league to Leicester. Him and his agent Giroud |

kokaneprodigy: I don’t know why peeps here find it difficult to differentiate a player’s career or personal achievement from Arsenal’s achievement. We are Arsenal fans, not Giroud fans or Guen fans. Players will come and go, Arsenal remains. Like I don't just understand? Giroud is just like Pepe, if Pepe likes let him win PFA best player in another team, I won't miss him. It's that simple. Spy360: He left us for Chelsea, are we bigger than them? You guys are unrepentant. That was exactly how you spoke of Nketiah until he proved you guys wrong. Start respecting me before it's too late for you o Lol... Nketiah, your fall back option as usual again ? Let's don't even go that route please cos you still get many talks wey you talk wey turn out wrong. Do you see me come here to drag you about it consistently? But then, what is it with Giroud always winning things and you're alerting us? I don't miss him, most of us that criticized him and asked for someone better don't miss him. How is that hard to fathom? He never improved us, he limited our games, our attack. Nothing concern me with what he did at Milan or France or Chelsea. That's good for his career, but with us, we don't like his game here. Simple!! No need to force us into liking him like say him no spend over 5yrs for here (which is very enough to give player's assessment). I think you should just respect our opinion on this Giroud issue. |

Spy360: Respect to Olivier Giroud
The way we condemn players is just too bad and irrational. Giroud left Arsenal and became a legend in football. This was someone Sod, Jodera and Kokane treated as shiit simply because he had no pace and dribbling skills forgetting that there is more to striking than those. Kudos to giroud and good for him(his achievements and his career). But biko, stop remindng us(or me personally) of giroud. I've always felt that arsenal feel so strikerless with giroud upfront. He and Wenger are one of the big reasons we're in this mess now. |

BlueRayDick: I think he’s a very straightforward person. I’m delighted he can assess himself and the team and be truthful enough to some of the problems and he and the management should be trying to proffer solutions to the identified problems.
The part he spoke about the fans’s support was also true. I’m surprised the fans stood by the team all through the season. It’s a pity the boys didn’t turn up in those matches we lost , nonetheless the fans support was massive . I hope the team repay the fans back by doing better next season Hopefully, I just hope they proffer solutions to the identified problems. Something tells me next season is gonna be hot and if we slack again, we might not see this opportunity. Hopefully, the transfer window will be a great one and his in-game tactics and tactical flexibility will be improved. |

He didn't even sound happy getting the Europa slot. That's the consolation I'm holding on to. Till next season, hopefully we'll move one step further |

Fkhalifa: This is funny ... Reminds me of when I used to read Auba was saving Ebenings job I honestly remember when Saka was the only body who could determine anything upfront, he is either assisting, scoring or creating.
Infact, I said it then Saka,Martinelli and Auba won that Fa Cup. Nahhhh... This is false. Saka became full-blown in the league during Arteta and that is as a Lb sef. Under Emery, he was just a Europa boy same as Martinelli. Even the Fa cup under Arteta was Auba 2 goals (SF and finals) seeing us through and if I can remember vividly, Saka missed that final. |

What happened to danilo? To me, I don't think he needs loan. We need depth next season especially as Europa is beckoning (except Tottenham bottles), so we need all the depth we might have. Who's Danilo? |

BlueRayDick: U seem to get my point a little bit different . Going into the season we signed Lokonga to deputize for Partey or whoever is out of our 2 CM’s , prior to Partey’s injury we’ve not had to call on Lokonga to do that very work. When Partey was out Lokonga was called upon and he turned out to be a disappointment . Now that’s not on Arteta or the board (maybe a little on them sha ) because they didn’t have the foresight to know he will turn out to be a disappointment .
I think going forward they’ve learnt their lessons and should get more right fit players for our system. I pray they do. |
