daveP: Spy is still content with the 80+ goals we get. I have never said e no dey sweet belle. Just that we need an experienced or dangerous 9 that will be the difference on nights everything complex doesn't work, when we chose to go direct. The team os already setup for any sensible 9 to score 30 and I'm not even exaggerating. That arrival will even take away attention from our tired wingers too. Me i can't wait.
I heard some new RVPs are in Eredivisie. But they're all lads for now. We need new correct striker that can impose himself and make things happen. Bayern game made me realize we need someone that's clinical and not easily bullied. Havertz only play well when arsenal does |

Spy360: Kane is already a true 9. He does not even drops deep because he is always their most forward player.
You are saying this because you saw Kane holding ball against Arsenal. But forgetting that they were playing in a low block. Kane was still their farthest player.
When you say a striker drops deep, it means he is no longer the farthest player.
Van Persie was not originally a striker. He was converted by Wenger just as Henry. But under Ferguson he was a true 9. Man United bought him as a true 9. All these is just grasping at straws especially in Rvp own. I just no wan bring up Kane evidence sef I showed you evidence from professionals including his coach and himself saying he played as a false 9 in straight terms and you're writing long English. Once you have made up your mind, even if thief tell you say na him steal am, you go still try to interpret the "stealing" the thief used all so that you must claim W. Na you sabi |

Roland17: We are limited and play poorly whenever Rice plays DM. We struggle to open up our offense from deep or the middle whenever Rice plays from there.
Also, I don’t want a Chelsea situation with Enzo/ Caicedo. I believe the main reason we play poorly is not really because of Rice at DM but it's because of Havertz in midfield. Havertz no get Midfield awareness, no half turn, not creative and not press resistant. We suffer because we're big minus one in midfield which is where our game revolve. Granted, Rice greatest asset is away from DM but he's not bad there at all. Na just say na two legs we get instead of 3. I know how many times he's won and dominated Midfield even in the DM position this season. Na just Havertz dey cast that Midfield up reason why I no wan see am anywhere near that place |

Spy360: First of all, what is a false 9?
Let's start from there because it seems you probably are using a wrong term to describe what you want.
A false 9 is a midfielder playing upfront. Like Cesc Fabregas for Barcelona those days.
Harry Kane for all intent is a striker, a 9 and not a false 9 please. May be you didn't get the definition right which misinformed all of us. Lol... Just seeing this now. Check my last mention to you |

Spy360: You have never been a proponent of false 9. This is you few minutes ago...
Stay one place make prayer work for ya head uncle. You have never liked the idea of a false 9. Kane is a false 9. I don't blame you cos your football na mostly Livescores This is Van Persie been branded false 9 as far back as 2009 and even Rvp sef have called himself a False 9 , the last picture.(in this case he called it 9½ ; variant between 9 and 10) Anybody who watches Van Persie during his time knows this. But I guess you're not familiar with the word then. I will always teach you new things but no worries, that's why we're Arsenal brothers

I think Arteta will prefer him over the other names I'm seeing cus of his work rate. BlueRayDick: Any of our defenders would've dispossesed Havertz with the ball in that first goal aswear. Maybe except for Zinchenko sha, but none of our starting defenders would allow Havertz journey that much to even attempt a shot.
On a second thought, I think Cucurella got a yellow card in the first half against Saka and didn't want to risk a foul lest he gets red carded.
The sweetest thing about the game was he didn't get red carded so Chelsea fans couldn't console themselves with the fact that they lost scandalously due to red card. They just had to chest the 5 goals and accept in in good faith. We had 17 shots(10 on target and 7 off target) to Chelsea's (1 on target and 4 off target). Imagine if they had gotten a red card True, that yellow card is a valid point and I think Havertz knew that's why he capitalised on it. I've never seen Havertz carry a ball such great distance with a defender at his back. That reason you gave is very very valid Omorrrr... The thing pain me as e no reach seven or at least six. The Martinelli missed chances pain me sha. We for don avenge that 6-0 wey dem give us then |

Spy360: When we argued about GJ not scoring goals like a typical striker that scores 20+ goals a season. You said he wasn't clinical as a striker, I said he cannot be clinical because he gets involved with open play which means he is not always available for the final pass. Though you finally came to terms but have forgotten that you were actually against not having a striker.
No wahala Anybody who followed our argument then knows that his clinicality was because of too much romancing the ball and not been able to score goals even when the chance presented itself. He's always at the end of all our whole chances and I told you that he playing as a false 9 didn't stop him from getting chances to score, yet you claimed otherwise that he needs to play as a natural 9(using mitrovic and other Strikers as example), so that he won't be "tired" when such chance presented itself. How you'll claim a year later that you're a proponent of false 9 while I'm a proponent of natural 9 is befuddling. Anything just to claim W sha, |

Shegzdave: I know he just decided to try it The guy celebration is cold, no much emotions I swearrr... Omorrrr, this team is almost set. We just need that Kane type of striker that knows how to play this system well. Person that know how to interplay yet still be ruthless and know when to attack the box. The kind false 9s we're having now is just lacking that right instincts to attack the box. We'll be deadly if we get such |
