So,was wondering if sponsor's financial statements are improved&full tuition is paid-would it make a positive impact for a re-application...

That's a pointer to "purpose of visit". No SOP to tell them why you prefer going for another undergraduate degree. Basically, your academic has to be progressive. PGD, MSc should have bn the thing.

Just what I wanted to confirm. This would affect delivery date. My experience is based on Lagos because of the proximity to the international airport. Mails in Edo would take some time routing to Lag before moving out. Is there international airport in your state?

MrArams: Post office is tried and tested, within 21days your transcript would be in MUN. Use the registered mail and will get a tracking n0 to track ur transcript on the NIPOST and Canadapost websites.
Used it sometimes around May, this year.

sanmi55: Post Office is slow if at all it delivers, Courier service is faster and assured. its your choice.

Our post office is now effective please. If not for the time factor. Letters are delivered under 2weeks and some days in most cases. It has to be registered though.
