That would be creating more problem to his/her application...VO knows what they want in documents. And what date would be on the transfer documents if I may ask? All these doubts the credibility. And after your said transfer...does it mean he cant still dispose the condo after he has gotten trv? To me, he/she should present what is real and available. Shikena.

Your employment letter, pay slip and salary account should be fine.

Its optional...don't think you need it.

What you need is form 1294E & Family information form. Police clearance is not needed if applying online.

Hi, how low is your lower credit? There are many factors that are considered. Some schools work with the grades you have in your last years in school, your experience, statement of interest and how early you apply. Basically, you won't get to know all these until you apply for admission. Please note that it is by APPLICATION FEE. If you've gat the money to try...its all good.

Meritl: It's better to send your certificate by yourself, as the ECA body may suspect foul play if it's sent together by the school. In addition, I used WES for my verification and it was a nice experience. Cheers.
