How can a Governor propose #10,000 as monthly palliave to it's citizens in these present state of the nation? Why didn't those Governors, Senators and House of Representative members & other politicians in the country reduce their jumbo pay to like even #1million and used the over hundreds of millions of naira gotten to pay citizens??
Well am not surprise because Ogun state has become one of the cursed state in Nigeria ..They have over 200 companies yet littered with bad roads, everywhere in the state, poor basic amenities and high poverty rate.
The companies mostly been run by indians and china have turned their sons and daughters to modern day slaves by paying graduates like #35,000- #40,000 basic salary and so on.

Unilever that sold both their Lipton & Detergent factories in Agbara....now they only have their knorr unit...All these are their formalities or an excuse to leave Nigeria. Bye Bye Unilever

Good day fellow Nairalanders. I wish to use these medium to articulate the injustice and to assist the 3000 workers from 2013-2020 in various Fed. Ministries which the formal Permanent .Secretary of Federal Civil Service Commission, Dr.Mrs Mary Ogbe laid off duties claiming that they refused to participate in the ongoing recruitment exercise and therefore that their appointment is fake with the link below: https://thewhistler.ng/breaking-fg-suspends-salaries-of-over-3000-civil-servants-uncovers-1000-fake-employment/
If she claimed their letters are fake, why not look for a possible means of looking into the issues? Why wouldn't she order a fresh verification exercise to be conducted on them and see if they are qualified for the position they have been occupying for over 7years or not. Those that are not qualify can be laid off while those that meets up the standard can be absorbed according to their qualifications & certificates in which some even have MSc. certificate in their various fields.
The case was reported to the Federal House of Representative where sittings were held many times in respect to the issue and the Chairman of Complaint Commission concluded that let her re-install all the affected workers to their respective place of primary assignment but she was adamant about it because she claimed that for the affected workers to take her to that extent, the issue has been taken out of proportion and till date, she continue weilding her power not to reinstall them.
Please let us be the voice of these staffs and help them to reach out to the appropriate bodies about these injustice on the affected workers and also to reach out to the new Permanent Secretary, Federal Civil Service Commission, FCSC, Dr. Yakubu Kofar-mata and the Head of Service to look into it and assist them. They have really put their effort into working in the Ministry.
Many of these workers have family to cater for and now their livelihood of a job is taken from them at these period that getting a job in Nigeria is so difficult even with the age issue in recruitment exercises which is no longer favourable to start looking for a fresh job .

That's a good start for the Police force to weed out all those anyhow Policemen in the Force...the next line of action is all those policemen on Uniform that do drink to stupor........Sack them cos that's gross misconduct....Then those Policemen collecting money along the highway from civilians on private cars...I hate seeing them like that....They' re Armed robbers in police uniform. If you don't comply with them, they will fire you and move ur car.

What are the measures put in place so far to take care of them? Had it been Nigeria is paying Medical Doctors and other Professionals well, only few will ever think of travelling out cos the groove alone in Naija is blast... But everything about the Nigeria employment system has gone bad. Even the NLC & TUC that are suppose to stand up and fight for the regulation of salaries & wages are all collecting bribes from organizations and forming deaf & blind-eyes towards the menace as if nothing is happening. Now modern slavery in the form of contract staffing has eaten deep into the employment system where they pay graduates peanuts less than #60,000 as take home. Some people's basic salary is nothing to write home about .. In these hardship era, what will such salary do for someone? Old ones that have reached retirement stage don't want to retire because they have nothing to fall back to....People working like elephant & eating like an ant... The only solution to the problem is that federal government should improve the salaries & wages of workers in all Parastatals both private & government organizations. They should set a benck-mark on salary like, "All organizations should pay at least a #150,000 & above for fresh graduates" as salary and they will begin to see changes everywhere.

My little advise to all is to stay far away from anything coming out of Federal Civil Service Commission, FCSC into Ministries for now to avoid been scammed.
