The EH has been patiently waiting for their time to come which is the best thing to do. Pls, disregard any news from the GTs cos they're novice in the system that don't have any authentic
news to offer. Till date, it's only staffs on SS2 & above are going to work while from SS3 below are still at home. EH recruitment is still on and are meant to occupy b/w SS4 & SS5 positions that will be created after promotion of staffs . MPE/IOR exams were written just last week Tuesday so many things will still have to be put in place in the course of promoting the staffs b/4 they'll consider processing the EH recruitment.Many contract staffs in different SBUs also applied and are hoping that these will be their opportunity to become a permanent staff and right from day 1 of these recruitment exercise, GMD has been fully involved so he's a disciplined man & will surely see the recruitment exercise to the end...so I wish my EH hopefuls all the best. Just a little patience and u'll see urself in the system when all the staffs have resumed fully to work.

I love, celebrated and valued President Buhari with high esteem based on all the stories I heard about him been a disciplinarian but I wonder why he changed during my time. I took the pains and voted him for a change but the change I got was insecurity due to herdsmen killing, increase in fuel price, hunger in the society, other smaller countries victimizing our brother & sisters abroad, corruption everywhere and many other negative devices...�� Mr. President, if it's really you ruling these our country Nigeria, please take action and rescue us all.

It's so pathetic that in Nigeria, different unions are always using things for the benefit of themselves. Where is NUPENG when the rumour was going round that they want to sack Contract staffs? They were aware of their salaries all these while but what did they do as a union towards it? NOTHING...Refinery contract staffs were not allowed to join NUPENG which they were aware of, They didn't do anything also.. NNPC have sacked Contract staffs, which took place since March, 2020, now that they are broke, they bring it up as an issue so that NNPC will call for a meeting with them and they'll end up going home with money & smiling to the bank. These is becoming a norm in Nigeria...Do you know how much some individuals and government agencies have made just by giving false information concerning Covid-19 in Nigeria? Same people are ready to see that government announces another lockdown for them to make more money and ensures that there will be no end to these covid 19 menace. That's how even in the military, some generals will make sure that there is no end to Boko Haram issue so that they will keep making free money while millions are dying every day. NUPENG can come up with tangible issues but not these one.There are issues like making enquiries into the NNPC conducted interview for Experienced Hired which some Contract staffs that applied are also part of. It's been over a year, the GTs have resumed, so what's keeping the EHs? There are still Contract staffs left behind in the system, fight for good pay package for those fortunate ones..Fight for them to become part of NUPENG... Fight for eradication of contract staffing in oil & gas industry and if that's not possible, then let there be a time frame like 3-5years working as Contract staff then conversion to permanent staff with industries like Banking, Telecommunication and others inclusive. I was sacked as a contract staff in Warri Refinery too but believe me when I say Contract staffing is modern day slavery of Nigerian graduates.
Let's say "NO" to it so that the fortunate ones left behind will enjoy their stay.

Using the Chief Officers Course as a criteria for promotion from Senior Staff,1( SS1) to Management staff,(M6 )is a good one because promotion from SS1 to M6 is a very huge position that requires a competent hand to manage the affairs of NNPC. Some staffs that are fortunate to enter the system through connection but are not competent and the ones that entered and became un-serious with their jobs, rather than attending courses and building up themselves career-wise they keep dodging and just after the fat pay will enjoy promotion until they get to that stage, then sitting and passing the exams becomes a problem. In the last one they wrote, the management were so angry that they retired so many because they couldn't believe the bad scores those ones got.They failed. Assuming there is no system of Chief Officers Course exams and those staffs were promoted to M6 which involves handling challenging and sensitive task in NNPC, they will end up crumbling the organization because they will have nothing to offer for the growth and development of the organization.There are some staffs that dodge seminars/courses arrange for career growth for them because it's not oversee courses while most of the old staffs in the system right now can't even use their laptop to work effectively.Ordinary results of analyses in the system that can be prepared and send through mail to an Oga, he'll want you to bring it as hard copy cos he can't operate a computer and he won't want to learn because he is just interested in making and enjoying money. Left for me, every promotion in the system is suppose to be exam based so that anybody that didn't pass should remain in their position and those that passed will be promoted to the next level. With that, many staffs will sit up.

These is one major reason why many men do die young these days...my guy, don't opt for divorce yet. If you are bouyant enough, just move out of the house, stay with a friend or colleague, then watch her miss you for some days or months, she will eventually come to realize how important you are in her life. if she doesn't change after that, opt for a distance relationship with her but avoid divorce for the sake of your children. Hello...your friend wasn't paid all the while because she was not captured on the IPPIS platform which is always common among new intakes in ministries.The#54k is her new salary based on the new salary minimum wage. Thanks

I donated blood for my sister during delivery.fortunately for us, she put to bed safely and they ended up not using the blood for her.My pain then was that I gave it as a free will donation but it's so painful that the hospital will end up selling the blood & if care isn't taken, it might be sold to someone that has to go borrowing to pay.Pls what is donated free should be give ad free to people in need of it.
