Try to live in peace, harmony and live with your fellow citizens. Hatred for your country will take you no where in life. Stop all these childish talk racoon. Na old u dey old go so.

No solid proofs to show that he is really sleeping here why not post the video evidence? He might just be meditating not really asleep or even though if he is actually sleeping here I don't see anything wrong with that anyone can take a nap at some point in during a gathering we all do it in our religious gatherings and other functions sometimes it's not something to politicize or blow out of proportion. |

Tntsi: Their protest and request is very well in line with the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.
According to the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria, we have no president elect. The matters in court and until the court decides otherwise, swearing in tinubu will be swearing in an unconstitutional president. And doing so is opening up the country to all forms of lawlessness as any group or person can rise and declare himself or group president. You are absolutely correct swearing in tinibu will definitely motivate and encourage nigerian drug barons and extremely corrupt individuals to vie to become nigeria's president by any means necessary in future. |
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Meets With Wole Soyinka (Photo) by JOemmy(m): 12:46pm On May 08, 2023 |
festacman: Any political group that wants to drive change of political order in a democracy MUST tolerate contrary opinions, voices of dissent and acts of opposition.
The current Nigeria democracy is no doubt benefiting from highly active and youthfully vociferous opposition that Obi-dients provide. However, their lack of tolerance to slight deviation of opinions is TOXIC and DANGEROUS.
This negative attitude will always be RESISTED by every true intellectual. The reason is very simple: intellectualism and flow/exchange of ideas flourish when every shade of opinion is heard. Intellectual abhor herd mentality.
So when intellectuals like Prof Soyinka, Prof. Soludo and others like them stoutly detest and vehemently counter Obi-dients and their lack of tolerance, you will appreciate where they are coming from.
Change of tactics needed and I am happy Peter Obi himself is leading the way. What's even the proofs that those faceless toxic people on social media are really obidients and peter obi's supporters? We are yet to even see them come out physically to attack anyone unlike tinibu and his apc supporters. |

God1000: Nice, he's building new bridges of love and unity.
But I think there's something fundamentally wrong with Nigeria, good people with good intentions are not given the chance, I don't know why It's simply because nigeria is built on a fraudulent foundation so any good person that comes to lead it will always been seen as a huge threat that must be stopped by all means possible by those who are beneficiaries of the fraudulent foundation. |

nairalanda1: Anyone who tells you Buhari divided Nigeria along religious lines has forgotten the events of the 1980's, 1990's even 2000's.
The division has always been there, alongside the ethnic division.
No, this is not a defence of Buhari. But the fact is, religion has been used against and for Buhari's regime, by many Nigerians
Effects of running a national cake economy. It has been there no doubt but buhari escalated it and depended on it greatly to get to aso rock if not for it I don't think he would have been popular in the north. We didn't see all these ethnic and religious divisions during the time of gej, obj and yaradua. |
