When it comes to making money, we hear all the time about how hard it is to make money. I’ve always been told about this for a period of many years. And I am now realizing that making money isn’t necessarily any harder than almost anything else. That is unless you have figured out the way to earn that money passively.

But let me say that I don’t have all the answers to everything. The reason that making money for us is hard (myself included) or a challenge is because most people haven’t yet figured out a way to do this. This does not mean that they never will figure this out. I’ve written about this before and I’ve realized some new things so that’s why I’m expanding on the perspective. Just because you haven’t been earning lots of money like the “wealthy” people in countries around the world, doesn’t mean you are lazy or stupid. It just means that for whatever reason, you haven’t figured out a way to make the money. Making lots of money does not only involve being really smart...

Well, good thing you mentioned "halting their advances". I personally do not think the FG is serious enough about halting their advances, because the military still lacks the needed resources. And that shouldn't be.

Just received confirmation from a resident in mararba that maiha has not in any way been overun,however the situation is fluid as according to him the insurgents attempted to rout troop from makira village on the outskirts of mubi after villages descended on them a few days ago. a retreat ensured but the boko bois were flanked by troops from the west of the village... fighting is still ongoing however and defensive positions have already been taken........ i repeat maiha has not fallen...if u have extra concrete proof discounting it show it

President Goodluck Jonathan, this afternoon, at the Eagles Square, Abuja, officially made a public declaration of his intention to contest the 2015 presidential election under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.

The President used the opportunity to appreciate the various groups and individuals who contributed money towards his Expression of interest and nomination forms. He reiterated his statement four years ago that his ambition was not worth the blood of any Nigerian.

Chairman of the Northern State Governors' Forum (NSGF), Dr. Babangida Aliyu on Monday urged the Federal Government to declare a total war against Boko Haram terrorists describing them as "rebels".
Governor Aliyu said unless this is done, the dreaded insurgents may over run the states in the Northern part of Nigeria.Speaking at the commissioning of the Sir Ahmadu Bello Foundation Secretariat in Kaduna, the governor declared that the Boko Haram members were no longer terrorists but "rebels" and as such, the Federal Government must declare total war against them.

An informal vote on independence for Catalonia has shown more than 80% in favour, officials say.

The provisional results followed a day of voting across the autonomous region in north-eastern Spain.

The non-binding vote went ahead after Spain's constitutional court ruled out a formal referendum.


Earlier, Catalan leader Artur Mas hailed the non-binding poll "a great success" that should pave the way for a formal referendum.
"We have earned the right to a referendum," he told cheering supporters.

"Once again Catalonia has shown that it wants to rule itself."

He added: "I ask the people in the world, I ask the media and I also ask the democratic governments in the world to help the Catalan people decide its political future."

Voters were asked two questions - whether they wanted Catalonia to be a state and whether they wanted that state to be independent.

Vice President Joana Ortega said that more than two million people had taken part in the "consultation of citizens" and that with almost all votes counted, 80.72% had answered yes to both questions.

Just over 10% voted yes for the first question and no for the second, he said, and about 4.5% voted no to both questions.

The ballot was held in the face of fierce opposition from the Spanish government.

Speaking beforehand, Spanish Justice Minister Rafael Catala dismissed the exercise as "fruitless and useless".

"The government considers this to be a day of political propaganda organised by pro-independence forces and devoid of any kind of democratic validity," he said in a statement.

An expert in crop genetics, Dr. Paul Ilona, has given insight into why cassava had been chosen for bio-fortification with Vitamin A in Nigeria, highlighting the crop's easy accessibility to resource-poor farmers as a major reason.

Following their October 30 rapprochement, which brought to an end almost one year of acrimonious relationship between them, President Goodluck Jonathan has directed the Department of State Security Services, SSS, to return the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi II’s travelling documents seized from him on May 3 by the agency.

The SSS, had at the height of the Emir’s disagreement with President Jonathan, confiscated his traveling documents as he made to board the May 3 11: 10p.m. Turkish Airlines flight to Turkey where he would have connected another flight to Saudi Arabia for the lesser Hajj.
