Mine is exactly the same case as yours but the fact that I'm an introvert.
I can stay indoors for 3 days straight so far as there is light, my phone and laptop.
My parents usually plead with me to go out sef. I don't just like outside and I'm addicted to it.

Can I ever stop it?

After trying for more than five times to scoop the rice on my fork and it kept falling back to the plate... Jeez!! I was so vexed & frustrated so, ended up using just spoon. angry
